Always have login issues

When I set location in Singapore, no matter how many times I use the app it still automatically logout my account itself, try my both correct and incorrect user name and password also unable to login, need to restart the app and retry again, feel like only the app let me in then I able to use it under my account. When I set location in Malaysia, exchange and return order seems unable to use as it requires me to login again even though it is already under my account. Did try to have live chat too but the typing status takes long enough for me to doze offHowever, I like the progress of the purchasing, tracking order and delivery time. Like to shop in Zalora as it focuses more on quality brands

Missing order and bad customer service

Very, very disappointed. Friends had recommended the app to me, saying that Zalora was pretty reliable. My very first order (placed on 12 dec) did not arrive and I was told that it would be delivered at later date due a mix up in delivery. Patiently waited for a week when they claimed that the order would only take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Then decided to email Zalora, and they responded by saying they would "expedite my delivery". 2 weeks later the order still hadn't arrived. I called the customer service number only to find that it was "undergoing improvement". Still undeterred, I called the delivery person (who had informed me of the delay) and he told me he wasn't sure why my order was taking so long, but assured me that he would inquire about it for me. Then received a call from a Zalora staff who asked me to repeat the whole incident, despite me telling her my order number, clearly having not read my email. When I asked if she could give an estimate of when it arrived she said she was unsure because she was only part of the delivery team. Waited another few days, before I called again, this time, calling the Zalora HQ number I had to search for online. Again, there was confusion about my delivery, and was assured by the staff that they would "expedite" my delivery. I told them I would be going overseas and only returning next year, so they told me they could deliver it to me next year. On the 8th of Jan, I called again, only to find out that they had refunded my purchase because they were out of stock. Was not even informed about the refund, and was still waiting for the delivery of the product. Very very disappointed. Please improve your communication system. Can't believe that this is my first time expereience.

I was a loyal and very frequent shopper on Zalora before the pandemic. On average I’d spend 100 a month on Zalora items. I loved that they provided photos of models in each outfit in as many angles as possible and they provided as accurate as possible sizings. But if all these are not enough and somehow the fit is not ideal, we can still return or exchange. In 2000 I became pregnant and with the WFH situation, I could barely buy anything from Zalora in the initial months. But towards the end of 2000 I realised I cannot trust the photos anymore - because the clothes looked like they were painted onto the models, and the exact measurements became rarely provided. I thought maybe it’s due to the lockdown and all. But it’s disappointing to learn that even in 2022, Zalora never improved and it seemed like I’ll never get the same shopping experience ever again on the app. Is this goodbye? Because the shopping experience just makes me prefer shopping IRL.

Please fix - app keep logging off suddenly

I am using iPhone XS Max and I am a loyal customer with ZALORA since early 2018. Their customer service is great and the app is very easy to navigate. However, the app keeps having problem recently while I am on it, i.e. doesnt load orders for returns properly, logging off suddenly, doesnt allow me to use certain cc although my cc is absolutely fine.. Please fix this logging off bug asap as it is disturbing the shopping experience with ZALORA and it could potentially make ZALORA loses customers because we simply just cant shop. Not sure if its happening for other app users too but I did not have this problem previously.
