It is very disappointing when a mindfulness app does it but anyway :) be careful to cancel your subscription from their app because they are not listed in your App Store subscriptions list. So they keep charging you and refund is not possible.

I want my money back but i am trying to reach the support team for a week they do not even respond to me. Someone help me please to reach them and get my money back.I did not know that my subscription will cost 30.99USD. It is a big amount in my country Turkey. It is roughly 1000TRY and it is a huge amount for me. And you did not tell me about this deal. I supposed that it is going to be 190TRY every week. So i want refund. I would like to get my money back. This program doesn’t work for me and i do not feel anything. I want refund. Please contact me.I have already sent an email to you about that and you told me that there’s not any subscription or payment. I paid for “BetterMe Mental Health”. I tried to contact the support team on app but they are not turning me back even it’s been 4 days. I would like to get my money back.
