2 horas esperando y nadie se hace responsable

Hice un pedido en Domino’s a las 9:18 p. m. y, después de esperar casi 2 horas, mi pedido nunca llegó.Cuando llamamos a Domino’s, nos dijeron que no hacen entregas en la zona donde vivimos. Entonces, ¿por qué su aplicación me permite hacer el pedido y cobrarlo si ni siquiera entregan en mi zona?Intento cancelar el pedido desde la aplicación y me aparece un error diciendo que “en este momento no es posible cancelar el pedido”. Llamo a Domino’s y ellos tampoco pueden cancelarlo. Entonces, ¿quién se supone que puede solucionar el problema?En la aplicación no hay manera de contactar con una persona real. Y por WhatsApp tienen un bot que no sirve para nada y no entiende absolutamente nada de lo que está pasando.Una experiencia pésima de principio a fin. Bórrenla y no pierdan el tiempo con esta aplicación. Hay otras aplicaciones mucho mejores.

I cancelled Rappi Pro more than 6 months ago, and the app clearly shows that the subscription is NOT active. Despite this, Rappi has continued charging my card every month.I contacted support multiple times via email and in-app chat, but received no response for weeks. The charges kept going.Even worse, I was charged again on April 30 and May 1 while actively talking to support.This is completely unacceptable. This is an unauthorized recurring charge.I had to escalate the issue and start a dispute with my bank.Be very careful with this app — subscriptions may continue charging even after cancellation.
