Useful but still have some disappointment

It’s useful, however, do not use automatic payment instead of stop connection and show a register screen after 7-days trail is much better.

I can’t use it for the year I bought it.

I used it in China for a few days and found it easy to use. So I chose to pay for the package year to continue using it. As a result, I bought the package year and now I am jumping out of the policy because I can’t use it. I can’t use it for less than half a year, and I haven’t improved it for a long time. Can I ask developers to help with issues that cannot be used? If there is no way to handle it, can I refund the fee?

Dear user, we are sorry that due to the policies in mainland China, some network providers have blocked our service and we couldn't guarantee our service there now. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
