Each remedy begins with its kingdom and miasm. A specific mental symptom, 'the soul of the remedy' is well elaborated with regards to its expression and how different is it in other remedies. For example, the book describes a symptom 'Fitful moods' in Aconitum and how it is different from Argentum nitricum and Arsenicum.
After in detail description of the remedy the main physical concomitants and rubrics are mentioned in bullet forms. Few precise rubrics found in Kent and Phatak repertories comprise the end.
