Absolute scam mechanics! I previously used a 3-day trial and canceled it properly. When trying to export an old project, the app popped up a screen clearly offering a "3-Day Free Trial" to export my project. However, the moment I clicked it, instead of starting a trial, it instantly charged my credit card without warning or clear authorization! Displaying a "free trial" button to trigger a direct payment is deceptive design and a total trap. I’m demanding a full refund and warning everyone to stay away from this predatory app!

Hi!It looks like the "Use Free Trial" toggle wasn't activated before confirming. When that option isn't selected, the system processes the direct purchase for the annual plan instead of starting a trial.Our application uses Apple's official billing system, which means that Apple strictly controls all transactions and acts as the primary merchant for the App Store. Terrible!! It’s a Trial Scam.

I chose the three-day trial, but it jumped straight to the annual subscription option. I thought there would be a three-day trial period, but after subscribing, my card was immediately charged the annual fee of NT$1,490. I feel like I've been scammed. There was no indication on the screen that I had previously used a trial; it only showed that there was a three-day trial. This is clearly a scam.

Hello,Thanks for taking the time to share your experience.If a charge appears during a free trial, it’s usually due to Apple’s subscription rules. This can happen if the free trial was used before on the same Apple ID, the trial wasn’t fully activated, the trial period had already ended, or the subscription was canceled too close to the trial’s end. Selecting a different plan can also result in an immediate charge.Developers don’t have access to payment details and can’t process refunds. All billing is handled by Apple.
