Took me forever to finish the payment

If you want to charge people, you might as well just allow people to finish their payments within seconds. So stupid this app directs users to their website and goes through pages to finally ‘allow to pay’. The process goes out the same if you want to unsubscribe. For what? So your company can save a few cents? lol Cheap and stupid. I’m deleting this app.

When I received messages from artist. I can see that notifications but I cannot open the app. I open it, it asked me to re-log in. After I filled my account, it showed “ unknown error occurred “. I don’t know what happened. I always need to wait for many hours, and then I login but need to reset my translation tool. BTW, I cannot find the way to contact with customer service center.
