Customer support takes one day to response once
simonomis
A simple issue, take them a day to response each dialogue. They keep asking question that they should have already know the answer if they think twice. It is already the forth day now and my phone number is still not activated. How am i suppose to have confident using their service? Not even simple customer service they can handle.

Can I use the generated US phone number for phone number verification?

Hi there! As we state in our signup, checkout, and Terms of Service, we can't guarantee that our phone numbers can be used to accept third-party verification codes via SMS text. Many companies block VoIP numbers for verification. Apologies for the inconvenience, and we hope you continue to use Hushed for lots of other purposes. --Mike

Hi there, thanks for letting us know. There should be an update out shortly to fix this, in the meantime re-installing the app should get it working. We're very sorry for the trouble. -Mike
Small change, big difference: Prices in Hushed now display in your local App Store currency instead of only USD, removing the extra step of converting prices yourself. That means the price you see in the app is the price you’ll see in your local currency at checkout.
