Confusing process

My previous account got deactivated, so I applied a new account instead, topping 10£ to make sure everything is okay, at same time I paid 4.99£ for a physical card. In the next day, I got a email said my account is deactivated again and card is canceled, but I got another email said my card is on the way. Today I got my card which is useless and my remaining 5.01£ is disappeared from the account.There’s a no way I could contact them and get my money back. The whole wasting time procedure I have been through and disappointing!!

The app has a bug that doesn’t allow some people to continue the sign-up process without giving the tax identification number. I tried Facebook, email, and in-app customer service. And they are all OF NO HELP. They would only say they have no solution to this and recommend me to report my problem to the in-app customer service. The thing is I AM asking for help in the in-app customer service. This is very frustrating for people who want to use Revolut but just can’t because of the bug in their app.
