I was just kicked out of a previous profile in which I had achieved good results. I contacted support, the issue was not resolved. Made a new account and started again from scratch, so be prepared for such a course of events. it's good that I didn't issue a paid subscription, although I had already planned to. I've been playing for years and it was very disappointing.

Good day. I am writing to you with a serious complaint about the unacceptable behavior of one of the players in your Chess game. As a Ukrainian, I faced a situation where a player from Russia threatened me with war, missile launches and assassinations via text message. This is unacceptable and contradicts the rules of the game and elementary norms of human behavior. Such cases not only violate the rules, but also create a dangerous atmosphere for other players.I request you to look into this situation immediately and take action against the violator. Consider imposing stricter restrictions on such users and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all players. Thank you for your understanding and prompt response.

Application stopped working correctly

The application stopped launching on the IPhone 6 Plus (newest software), a second after launch it redirects to the desktop, and the application remains open, trying to enter the running application, the same thing happens again. The application was reinstalled 2 times, the second time after rebooting the phone.
