Well, the gamestyle, the way the rival plays directs me to the conclusion that I play this game against AI. The advancing through the ladder with particularly hard rivals on the edges(bronze-silver; silver-gold, etc.) makes it obvious that the opponent you can’t contact with is always the AI. Especially interesting moment which unveils the way how the game works is when you reconnect to the game (after being disconnected for some reason) in a minute or less, you will see the game finishes match in the way it wants to, then, when the match is finished you will be reconnected to Hearthstone again. Thus, I would like to say Thanks to Blizzard Ent. for such marvelous experience and fun with AI pretending to be a real man.

The in-game browser will send you to zoomed-in, truncated non-navigatable versions of the google login page, gmail, facebook web version and other pages, all requiring extra verification, additional codes to be received by email, verified, back and forth for eternity. Once I was finally able to use google double verification from a secondary device to log in and reset my blizzard password and receive the authorization email and enter that in the ill-shaped textbox which was partially obscured by the keyboard interface on my iphone X, after 15+ minutes of kafkaesque struggle against machines and server farms that were bent on not letting me play hearthstone, I clicked submit, only to receive a “closed, you could not log into to the blizzard account, please restart the game” (or something to that effect) message. And now it is iff my device for good. What a stinky piece of junk you created, devs. Shame shame shame for your slop.

It’s 2024 – this is completely unacceptable.Secondly, the constant crashes and bugs make it completely unplayable. I’ve lost count of how many times the app has randomly closed during gameplay. And when it does manage to stay open, the glitches make it unbearable. Characters freeze, buttons stop responding, and sometimes the entire game just breaks.The overall stability is another major issue. One moment it seems fine, and the next it’s like the game is running on a device from 20 years ago. Slow, laggy, and downright frustrating.To make matters worse, the developers don’t seem to care. There are no proper updates to fix these issues, and there’s zero communication about whether they’re even aware of how broken this game is. It feels abandoned, leaving players to deal with this mess.For reference: I’m playing on an iPhone 13, one of the most powerful smartphones on the market, and the game still performs terribly!If you value your time and sanity, avoid this game at all costs.
