I cancelled my subscription and even removed payment authorization from Apple Wallet, yet the app continues attempting to charge my card. The cancellation flow described in the FAQ does not work properly.I contacted support multiple times and received no real response or assistance. An app that makes it this difficult to stop payments should not be allowed on the App Store. Users should be very careful before subscribing.Strongly do NOT recommend.И чуть более «официальный» вариант, который иногда лучше проходит модерацию, но все равно бьет по репутации приложения:Very concerning subscription practices.I cancelled my subscription, removed payment authorization, and followed the instructions from the FAQ, but the app still keeps trying to charge my card. Support has been unresponsive and no effective solution was provided. This creates the impression of deceptive billing behavior and seriously damages trust in the app. Apple should review how subscriptions and cancellations are handled here.I cannot recommend this app.

1. My subscription was ended three weeks again. I canceled to continue it but still, once in a week, two weeks in a row this program is trying to take money from the card. I hope this problem will be solved by administration of this app.2. About the app - sometimes interesting to watch. Not typical movies

I have been repeatedly charged for ShortMax, but the subscription does not appear in my Apple account, so I cannot cancel it.These charges are unauthorized and fraudulent. I have contacted Apple Support and ShortMax support, but the issue still continues.Do not install this app unless you want your money to be taken without a way to stop it.Serious issue! I cannot cancel my subscription in the app. It does not appear in my Apple subscriptions, so I cannot request a refund through the App Store. Money is being automatically charged, and the developers do not respond to emails. This could cause users to lose funds. I urge Apple to intervene and resolve this issue as soon as possible!
