I like toters it has all, fast and reliable. Many options and good service. However, my problem is technical in the app. No longer you can talk to customers service just robotic answers. Moreover they should add a feature of how much you would pay for the exchange . The worst thing is the app takes too long to open and i have to get it closed and try again. This is especially when the reception bas is missing just one line. The last thing is that there is no credit card payment option in dollars you can only pay credit card in LL. I love toters and i always use it, even if i have the store’s number i order through toters cz i feel if there was something wrong toters would resolve it with the store. I will still use toters and hope the app gets better updates.

I had the worst experience with toters yesterday, i ordered lunch im not going to name the place because they have nothing to do with this. When i placed the order they said it needed 25 to 30 minutes to arrive and ended arriving an hour ago and the food was cold! The same day i ordered dinner it was 10:10, 1 hour later i got a call from the restaurant also not going to name it, they told me my order was ready 40 minutes ago but no one showed up to pick it up and that they tried to contact them several times but no response, i also tried to contact them through chat support or by call but also no response. It was 11:30 by then, after that i received a notification saying that there is a driver waiting at the store although the arrival time kept updating until 11:50 when i called the driver and told him not to bring the order anymore. I dont know if they are lying and trying to pin it on the store but i was furious and ended up not eating because of toters unprofessionalism. And thats not the 1st or 2nd not even the 10th time thats this happens it so unprofessional and every time its we are sorry for your experience we are working on fixing out problems and i still waiting for the day they fix them.

This is the first time I ever write a review on any app but it got too ridiculous to the point that I had to share. I’v ordered toters multiple times and the amount of errors that have accumulated are surreal. Every 3 deliveries, 1 of them is wrong despite detailed instruction in the boxes, and the extra next step no costumer should do, contacting costumer service to ensure no error . But error will be done either ways and there is no escape. What you receive a couple days later are phone calls apologizing, but an apology is disturbing when there is no correct action that follows and when the error accumulates despite clear conversations.Very unprofessional .The sole and basic need of the costumer is a correct order. Which is not met most of the times. If they’re not gonna fail in sending the instructions to the store, they will fail in ensuring a “correct order” between their hands , and will put the blame on the store itself, when in fact both should be responsible in ensuring correct delivery. I never recommend this application to anyone if you want a safe correct order .

Toters has been nothing but a series of letdowns. Delivery times are abysmal – the app consistently misses its estimated windows, leaving customers waiting far longer than promised. It’s clear that Toters either lacks the infrastructure or simply doesn’t care to honor timely service.The app itself is another headache. It's slow, riddled with bugs, and often crashes right in the middle of an order, wasting time and effort. To make matters worse, orders are canceled randomly without a single explanation or apology, adding insult to injury. The customer support experience is equally poor, with agents taking ages to respond and offering no real solutions.For anyone considering Toters, I'd say save yourself the frustration. This app is unreliable, poorly managed, and far from the efficient delivery service it claims to be. Toters, if you want to keep customers, it’s time to make serious improvements
