The BEST option by a long shot

I have downloaded a handful of “similar”’apps, trying to acquire an additional phone number and myself testing their testing period of me. This app has been nothing but PERFECT thus far in all aspects I have been concerned about. If you are seeking a second phone number app, it is SO, SO easy to become overwhelmed by the offerings in the App Store. This is an edit to my review: In using the “Operating System for this App, I just become further impressed the deeper or “further” I go with using it. Sure, it might not be the only one that allows further number changes later, but the organization of this App, the layout for making changes to your number, numbers, for adding numbers, and much more is SO clean and simple it is nothing short of the best. My friends, I have learned FOR YOU by experience. So save yourself any frustration, go straight to the best option and download THIS APP!

I downloaded the app and i had to purchase tokens or whatever to text someone. I thought for sure my cc went thru because I was “ buying “ and using the bought credits. I ended up uninstalling the app Day later and canceled subscription. However, 6 days later I’m trying to download a free app on my iPhone and supposedly I have a balance from your app now for 15 dollars 3 of which is my iCloud . After discussing with apple and their incompetence selves, they told me some absurd bs saying “ we sometimes will let you use the services on apps and bill you later.” Ummmm well I never heard of that in my specific usage. If I don’t have the money to cover it, I never get to use it!!!!! So I’m left with the question as to whom do I get my money back from? I will have to pay it because I cannot download even a game now because my phone. It’s frustrating! And your app details seems to have great misrepresentation regarding the cost. You say there is subscription prices but also state the app is free to use. If I didn’t subscribe to a monthly subscription and cancelled the 3 day trial subscription then why do I have a charge for a one month subscription? I’m unsure where the accountability lies but I think you owe me my monies for misleading and improperly handling my money and false advertising and if I shall be direct, theft. I didn’t authorize nor did I know. Which has resulted in a domino effect causing hindering circumstances from the financial hold on my Apple ID ... I want this fixed immediately please

RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE! A prepaid phone is cheaper for the purpose!! If you don't pay, your number will expire or will be Deleted 😳😖 .... Bad, Bad !!You'll get a number but you don't know it, so you cannot give it to people. It's more for you to call, so if I'm posting an ad on Craigslist or OfferUp, where people is supposed to contact me?? So, I bought a number, you have this option, that way interested buyers can call me back and ask their questions. You have to buy credits to receive text, calls, or both (it's expensive). I bought $4.99 in credits, they ran out in 1 morning (not texting a lot), since I have negotiations in progress, I bought more credits, another $9.99 to add minutes to "my number", the negotiation was completed the same day, I was happy with the number, and with this App, and I had some credits left, like 180 texts and 5 minutes to call. Everything was OK, until I start receiving messages from the App telling me that my number WILL EXPIRE SOON and to prevent that, or renew the number I must Pay 😲😫😤 .... so in other words, I have to pay monthly in order to get or keep a number 😡. I just let it expire, I lost my texts and minutes left. So I spent almost $15 for a temporary number which expires, this is Ridiculous. I can just buy a prepaid phone with $20, the minutes and texts WILL NOT expire, they can last months as I use it only for Craigslist, OfferUp listings; I can even give my "Permanent" number to people different than friends and family and still less expensive than this App. Once again, this App works but you have to pay, and it's not cheap.

There are other products on the market—at some widely varying price points—and Phoner does a nice job of tying up all of the important features into one tight bundle (with some very attractive free options for use and implementation of core features for those requiring them only sparingly) and, in return the developers charges seem reasonable enough to me as a small business owner who has looked at such items for implementing within my office or personal setup before. What I like best is that the system (how to use it, how to pay for it, what it does) all seems pretty much straight-forward. I deduct a star because this could be improved by use of some 'definitions' alongside their jargon, and the fact that I purchased extra points (like minutes) that registered within the apps system but have yet to be credited those points. After attempting same steps to re-buy, was told already purchased and account would be credited accordingly. That was 10 min. ago... But, yes I recommend.
