I have played years on this game. In all the games I play online, not once have I Ever written a review. However, I can't deal with being ripped off after I've paid to playthe game further! I only had 2 more things I needed to win, so I spent the $4.99, only to have it close the game unless I paid again. So, I thought ok, I'll let that slide & go ahead & buy the $2.99 to continue playing. Nope, it closed again as if ready to start a fresh new game unless I paid more to continue. I know I shouldn't have, but I paid the $2.99 one more time thinking surely it would take it & let the game continue on. Btw, this is not the 1st time this game has done this to me. I wrote the company several yrs. back, about getting a refund on the time before, but never heard one word back from them. I love this game, & most people might have quit after it did this to them twice. I never would have considered it, but after this time, I feel they are totally ripping people off. I'm not one to spend a lot of money on a game, mainly because I don't make that much. So when I do spend it, it's on things I enjoy, like this game. However, I don't like to be taken advantage of. I try to be a nice person with a kind & loving heart to people. So, that's why I warn you to just be careful on spending your hard earned money on this game. Hopefully, it won't take your money like it did mine. I wish all of you the best of luck. -- L. in Tx.

But yes They are ripping people off! You used to watch a commercial/video they help you with whatever you choose to watch it for. now when I watch the video I never get it the reward for watching. This has happened again and again. I’ve contacted them several times and if you don’t get back in three days they close the case of the complaint as if I want to go around and around with them just fix it. I’m on level 1100 something crazy I’ve never in my life played anything to reach that high of a level, but I love this game I paid money to get coins and special helpers but I feel now anything I used to do to get a promotion to higher levels doesn’t work anymore I used to play and get up to second to the highest level now I’m stuck on ruby and can’t get passed it. Like since I started buying I have to keep buying or I don’t get any help from the game. I’m ready to quit completely who really has time to sit and play video games but it was fun while I’m eating my breakfast or before I go to bed. I’m sick of waisting my time watching dumb commercials and then not rewarded for it there’s more to it then that because they are keeping me from advancing to higher levels and that’s pretty lame I think I’m going to go back to bejeweled. Especially after seeing all the other complaints from people!

I have been playing this game for years on and off. I started playing more frequently again a few months ago, and what I’ve noticed, is that you now almost have to PAY to play. This was never the case all the years prior!! It’s a fun game, and I enjoy it. I just hate that this game has become like all the others… and it’s all about getting players to spend their money. You don’t get much back “ free” as perks. I’m at the highest tier a player can reach, and you don’t get many perks- which is unlike many other games. The higher your level/ the greater the perks( free butterflies/ free beams/free bubbles/ free magic balls…. ) Any of these would be great to KEEP loyal players still actively playing. I stopped all the candy crush games b/c it was all about getting you to pay to play. Now, this game has these season passes and you do get some rewards, but the rewards that are helpful, are ones you have to buy. I admit, I bought this for Christmas season. You could buy the $4.99 “pass” OR $6.99 pass plus 100 gold bricks. I bought that, and never got my bricks. Contacted support, and they said it was “ 100 bricks “IN the holiday pass”. That’s NOT how it was advertised. I voiced my frustration with this and was told they would “ pass it along to let the developers know”. How does that help me? Pardon my rambling. I strongly dislike being mislead by games… and sadly now THIS game has started doing that..
