Good but SO expensive that its almost unplayable

The game itself is really well done. Super addicting, the art is great, the mechanics are great. HOWEVER, it is nearly impossible unless you’re willing to spend many of your real life dollars. There’s basically no way to make the profit quota unless you upgrade and buy things, which in itself would make sense if everything didn’t cost this much. As the planes progresses, I genuinely believe there is no way to upgrade the stuff well enough without buying the in game currency. I watch every ad I can and I am still like five dollars away from getting even one star. I wouldn’t even be complaining if the prices were reasonable. I have spent like two dollars on this game on actual good deals, but the rest of the stuff is not worth it. And I think everyone should know before getting into this game; you will rage. And the worst part is, theres literally nothing you can do. Like there is no way to win unless you spend money. I understand that people need to get paid and I’m funding the development of the game, but it’s really ridiculous considering how many people play and watch ads. I’m sure they make more than enough and are just greedy.

Good but this game needs more improvement

I’ve been playing this game for about quite a while now. And to be honest, it is good. But with everything that literally makes no sense, this game is literally so good (and bad). I’m aware that this is supposed to be a time management game, but the patience bar is what makes this game less fun. After like seconds. The customers will antagonize you saying hurry up, ahem, huh? If the patience bar runs out, You will be unable to serve them their food. At some times when the patience bar runs out, they will say stuff like "where is my food?" Even though they harshly declined you giving you their food. Normal customers would wait until their food arrives. But they are treating me like I was their servant. At least add a feature where you can serve them even after they declined the food so that way It could be something like a redemption arc. not to mention I would like if the customers would be like less or not disrespectful to me. I would’ve refused service to them if they told me to hurry up irl. This isn’t normal. Customers will not be impatient irl.Now let’s talk about levels. You at least have to earn a star or more to proceed. Without it, you will be unable to proceed to the next level. This is just rigged in many ways possible because you at least have to get this and that type of money. Does that even matter irl? In Papa Louie games you can just proceed without any goals needed.Other than that, this game is pretty good

Okay game - many things to fix

I want to say to fix your resume button!! It has happened three times now where I start a game and for a brief moment I pause and when I hit resume everything freezes and I have to force out of the game and it wasted all my fuel which isn’t easy to receive. That’s actually super annoying and disappointing!! I like it because of the concentration it takes but there are two things on the top of my head that really bother me. It’s way too hard to get rewards and or the reward given in like daily tasks or just accomplishments the rewards given don’t accurately reflect what you had to do to get it. For example I can spend so many coins and gems to upgrade an item to the max and then the reward is like 500 coins… I feel like rewards for such high level things should be high enough for me to at least get the cheapest thing in the kitchen. Like what can I get for 50p coins? Or some of them the reward is like get 1gem if you spend 20,000 coins… like that’s not easy to do at least 3-4 gems. Also I know it’s a game but the responses the customers give sometimes are errrrr weird lol. Like they need to relax I can only go as fast with what I’m able to acquire. So overall I wish the rewards system was better and that they don’t steal my hard earned fuel. AND THE FUEL!! IT TAKES 10 MINS TO GET 1 … YOU NEED TO INCREASE THE AMOUT OF FUEL YOU CAN HAVE IN A TANK MOVE IT FROM 50 TO 100 AND DECREASE THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT TAKES. LIKE COINS AND GEMS ARE HARD ENOUGH BUT TO NOT BE ABLE TO EVEN PLAY THE GAME MAKES NO SENSE

I want to say to fix your resume button!! Why is it that 1 gems buys 9 fuel points when it cost 10 fuel points to play a match……? Is it because y’all want us to HAVE to watch an ad so y’all can get paid to get one extra fuel point because that’s what it’s giving. then on top of that it’s way too long for fuel points to load again so it really shows that you guys don’t care about the us and you only care about the money that you’re making from this game. Why not do both? everything cost money on this game it’s ridiculous. It’s a game! you’re supposed to have fun, not pay for everything. stop being money hungry we don’t have it! we just want to play a game not have to spend our paycheck on it, care more about your customers than you do the money, you’re going to get paid regardless. Then I’m going through the reviews of other players, saying the same thing, the ads, the unnecessary amount of money you hungry developers expect us to spend on this game. The freezing of the game and then losing our fuel points that we already spent. the best thing you guys can say is to contact support and thanks for playing airport chefs and asked to change a star review? How about you change the way that you treat your players, give us more fuel point options that’s free. you got people watching a 30 second ad to get one fuel point..what is that going to do exactly it’s not gonna let us play a match. The only person that benefits from us watching a 30 second ad is you the developers. The way this entire game is money centered is insane. Bring back the real games cause this is not it.
