New Obsession

This trade simulator is perfection in simplicity. It’s a lot of fun, educational and pretty flawless. The chart is a representation of highs and lows. It took me a bit to realize when I leave the chart and come back, that the large spike up or down actually represent the move while I was away, something like that. Anyway, I’m not a big reviewer, typically, but I love this app.

No backgrounding ability?

I really like it his game so far. But it doesn’t seem to have background capability. Unless the app is currently the one you are looking at, and your phone is not asleep, nothing changes. The graph freezes until you go back to the game or wake your phone up. I do see offline changes if I completely close the app. But it’s a pain to have to close the app and then open it again every time you want to check it. I was about to pay the $15 for Pro Trading. But the lack of background capability makes it completely not worth the price. If I can’t leave the app running in the background so that I can use my phone for other things, what’s the point?

Apple does not allow apps to maintain connections while the app is in the background. (They make certain exceptions for audio apps and a few other cases). You bring up very good points and I am working on a few solutions to make the trading experience smoother. Thanks for your feedback!

Awesome

This game is amazing. It does have a few things that I wish weren’t there, like adds and not being able to trade bitcoins with the actual players. Overall, this game is amazing and I highly recommend it. To the developers, amazing game and you did an amazing job.
