How it works:
1. Record sound using your device’s microphone
2. Play the recorded audio normally or reverse it for a unique listening experience
Perfect for fun, creative projects, or audio experimentation!
When playing audio, you can change
- playback rate (Range: x0.5 to x2.0)
- pitch by a half tone (Range: -2 octave to +2 octave)
This app can import an audio file from other apps by share action or from Files app.
Supported files: wav, mp3, mp4, m4a, aifc, aiff, caf, flac
Saved audio files are also accessible from Files app:
Files app -> On My iPhone/iPad -> Reverse Play -> Audio

If you’re only looking for an app that’s free but doesn’t have a ton of ads blocking the screen, then this is for you. It has a couple of other features, (which would be awesome if there was a little button that you tapped on that would tell you when to use that feature, whether it’s there just for fun or if there’s actually a time when it is useful [specifically talking about the pitch feature]. Basically a little “info” button.) It could maybe have a slightly more modern color scheme, though at this point I’m just nitpicking. This app is very solid and works precisely like you imagine it should. It’s pretty great. (Especially if you’re playing a horror game and you want to know if what they’re saying in reverse is actually creepy or just random words put together.) Anyway, I doubt anyone other than the developer will read this whole thing, so I’ll summarize for those who look for a conclusion at the bottom of a review; This app is amazingly simple and easy to use, with advertisements taking up very little space. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quick solution to reverse any audio.

As soon as I got this great app, I immediately spent the two bucks so I could remove the ads. I have to say that most of the apps by this developer are pretty good tools. They are easy to use. They get the job done. they are by no way shape or form overpriced. Definitely, always pick up these small, but powerful little apps from this developer. Honestly, I wish I could slow down the pitch a bit more but for two bucks it does lot and if I’m in desperate need of changing the pitch, even more, I can pull it into a DAW. love this app and very appreciative to this developer for making wonderfully affordable and useful apps.
Good app but crashes when try to use it now

The app is good I have used it recently to record songs and hear them in reverse which I find funny also I have songs recorded and saved to listen to every day anywhere I go weather if it’s at home or not. But now the app is starting to crash on me. I just tried to use it the other night to listen to my recorded songs and it kept crashing and kicking me out of the app. It was not acting up a few days ago when using the app and it was working perfectly fine up until early today. I restarted my phone to go back into the app and it continues to crash and kick me out. Please fix the app. I really don’t want to lose all of my recorded songs

Me and my daughter always play a little game. I say a random word and we hear the reverse. My daughter tries to say the reverse word into the thingy and then hear the river verse again. See if we could hear the original word and it’s really cool but the fact that it needs to hear our microphone is kind of weird. I mean it does say reverse audio I just don’t like apps that access my microphone because what if not only your microphone is being looked/heard at what if they can see you? That is not good at all. Lol I guarantee that’s not the case though.(I don’t know why I said guarantee.) anyway anyways if you wanna download the app, you should probably do it. It’s pretty cool lol it’s kind of the best app. I’ve downloaded this year. I recommend it!
