Why pay a subscription to have more than one tracking listed. When the one tracking information you get for free is one day behind. That’s a big difference. First impressions are everything to me. Especially when you’re asking for my money.

I thought this would be a good solution for having to use several different shipping apps, but there are a few annoyances and a fatal flaw.As to why this app was designed with one shipment per page, while there’s a gigantic blank space under each page baffles me. Every other shipping app provides a list you can tap to see details, and there was no reason to reinvent that wheel.The flaw that makes this app virtually useless is that is does not consistently update when a shipment receives new information. I assume this app simply plugs the tracking number into the actual shipper’s website and displays the information provided. However, it will literally sometimes take days (if it ever correctly displays) to provide accurate tracking information. For an app this simple with such a specific purpose, not doing said one simple job makes it a one star for me (unfortunately, even after purchasing the upgraded version).

We are currently working in a new version of the app that will be released alongside with the new iOS 15 with a new UI, notifications, sync between devices, iPad optimised version and many other features.

When you click on the Privacy Policy, you get a 404 error message. Not comfortable giving my package details to an app whose Privacy Policy is unavailable. Also, it would be helpful to be able to test each delivery service before having to pay for the app. For example, a lot of tracking apps fail to track FedEx and/or UPS. And some fail with USPS. But I can only test one tracking number before having to decide whether to purchase. I'm looking for a replacement for the Parcel Track app which no longer tracks FedEx or UPS and so I can't justify buying this app without knowing whether it will do what I need it to do, which is a shame, because it appears pretty robust.

Your delivery drivers were here to deliver a package that my brother-in-law had tried to send me three days in a row yesterday I left a note on the door where there is a doorbell camera saying to leave the package by my door, your delivery drivers did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell whatsoever because there was a 17 year-old and a 13 year-old here at the house and their father was in and out doing business and running errands just like I was I told my brother-in-law never use your services ever again and I will never ever send a package through your services everbecause of the way you are a very dissatisfied customer
