This is actually the first review that I have ever written on anything. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this game but I’m extremely frustrated at the moment and after reading some of the other previous reviews apparently this is how the app is designed, which is pretty crappy!! In the beginning bonuses are amazing! You will never have a shortage of free spins or bonus games, it’s amazing! And then I noticed that the winning slowed down significantly. But I was still getting big wins and bonus games every now and then. I was actually up to 800 billion at one point and when I hit that mark was when everything basically shut off. I haven’t hit ANYTHING in weeks. I thought maybe just give it some time. It will come back around. Purchased things to see if that would help. Nothing helps! Your money basically disappears! I noticed that every time I would get into the app, my coin balance was significantly less than what it was when I was getting out of the app. It’s all just bizarre to me! I did send a message through the app earlier today so we shall see if those other complaints about customer service are also true. I really don’t want to delete the app because I really enjoy it but if something isn’t done about the 800 billion that was lost basically overnight then I’ll be left with choice I guess.

No response from creators, beyond “we received your concern and will get back to you”. I can play on my iPad, but can’t open the game at all on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I could play on my iPad, but don’t use internet where I live and just want to play on my phone at work. I love these games, but I try to be really careful because they will tighten up the games until they bleed you dry and try to get you to buy coins with real money. The last time I played, I got up to 280 trillion from 4 games that were hitting big while my bet was increased, then the losing started. I have about 10 games I play consistently. NONE, and I mean NONE of them triggered a bonus that was more than 5% of my bet, I would only win double my bet once every 10-20 spins and this went on for hours, and then days. I was betting conservatively, waiting for the tides to turn, but I was flat broke in 18 days with never a hope of recouping my losses. I never raised my bets and never won. I’d play 2 hrs on one game, 2 hrs on the next and rotate through my top 10. Nothing! I’ve worked for a casino, they would be closed if they had slots that just never paid out again! As for jackpots, forget the Grand or Mega…won’t ever happen! And the side games, you can never complete the big ones. The “islands or worlds” whatever they are, you can collect til you’re blue and never complete past 5 or 6 levels. You’ll never get the grand prize. Still, I love those slots for fun. I’m aggravated that I can’t just play on my cell phone.

I suspect that if anyone spent any amount of time and money checking each spin you could find flaws. I’ve played this game frequently over the past couple of weeks and sadly shame on me spent money on junk. I have noticed problems with the amount of the bet not matching the amount that came off the balance, anytime you get stars for a 5 in a row you don’t win more than you bet, I’ve been in free games and sometimes the scatter gives you more free spins - sometimes it doesn’t, I have never even seen the Grand or Major pass by to even potentially win it, if you try to stop the spin in progress it doesn’t stop the same each time you press it - it will either randomly stop one column and roll the rest or slowly keep going - basically if you try to stop the spin don’t believe you will ever be lucky enough to get free spins or increase your chances of earning bonuses. Many other things I noticed as I played that I should have written down. In summary I have spent too much time and money. Someone should take the time to troubleshoot all of the problems with this App. Lesson learned. Don’t waste your time or money with this App.

You can’t win ever! It goes in cycles! I’ve been playing for several years and I have won the big jackpot aka GRAND 2 times. About once a year! They have clan leaders of your group that brag about not buying coins (that’s a joke you have to spend to win) and hitting the GRANDS! I’m embarrassed to share how much I have spent on coins and you just don’t win! I must be doing something wrong. I look at this game as entertainment so I don’t mind buying coins every once in a while, but GOSH it is so discouraging when you can’t win. They say it’s luck but come on!!!!!!! They seem to let the leaders win😞 I have vowed to not buy any coins again. My theory is that you only win when you purchase coins or give feedback on the poor and infrequent payouts. Buyer beware, the games do seem redundant not matter the game, you spin and try to land on 6 whatever to get the “free spins” but it’ll cost you 100 trillion before you get a free spin. Fun but definitely a money grab with TONS and TONS of ads. ,y family won’t play cuz they said too much crappola to go thru the ads until you get to the games 😔 wish they’d be a little more fair with payouts. Tired of forming over money for make believe payouts, golly it’s not like we are at a real casino earning real money!!! Do better, that’s why my clan members keep declining, people are leaving the game cause the payouts are awful in comparison to other casino games.
