I’ve used Possible a few times to help get me out of a tight crunch, my first time using it I was approved for $75, once I paid that off in full, my loan amount went up to $100. I had just finished paying off my remaining balance on a recent loan earlier than my due date and hit a small snag; I submitted a message to them with details of what happened, asking for clarification and a solution, and they responded in less than a minute with clarification on what had happened, I responded back and I got an answer back within seconds again. They were professional and knowledgeable without being condescending. Definitely one of the best cash advance/loan companies out there. I did send a help request earlier in the morning, EST, but I hope this is their default response time for everyone. I’ve used other loan apps that either disclose they will respond within 24 hours, or they do not respond at all, so the representatives for Possible’s customer service get 5 stars from me just for their super fast response time alone. I’ve also figured out that using my debit card to pay off my loan is a much quicker process than using my bank account, which takes an extra day or two. I’m grateful for their assistance and impressed with their customer service support teams. Will definitely continue to use Possible in the future if I need to. Have also recommended Possible to a friend and one family member.

This app was recommended to me by Credit Sesame. I had a BK after my divorce about six years ago. Once it was discharged, I was hit by tons of credit offers- not the best for someone fresh out of debt. Between that, medical bills, having my second child and tons of life events (you know how it goes- when it rains, it pours), I was struggling a bit and it affected my credit score greatly. COVID has been another kick in the shins too. Anyways, I’ve been working extremely hard to raise my score the past nine months and Possible does just that- and it’s EASY! Best part is it’s not a hard hit to your credit. Possible is similar to Self (which I also highly recommend & love!). Possible & Self are amazing apps. They help those of us that are trying to improve, but conventional credit cards don’t trust us bc we made some mistakes. They give you and inch and it’s up to you to take it a mile and make it work for you. I’m appreciative for any help offered that helps me dig out of this trench. Slowly but surely, I’m almost back in the mid 600’s. I’m excited to see how much Possible helps me. The application process was a cinch- took less than five minutes. Money gets deposited within an hour! Sure, it may not be much, but that’s not the point. Possible is designed to help improve your credit score. In turn, you pay maybe 20% on top in fees. But to me, $40 is worth it for some extra cash & a possible improvement in my credit report. Thank you, Possible:)

For Blind users like myself, Please update app to include labels on checkboxes when accepting agreements at end and thruout application!It took me a extra hour to figure it out but most blind applicants would give up in just a few minutes! Since I am a blind Veteran advocate for disabled Vets it is my duty to report your app as not compliant with ADA regulations until you fix this and allow 6% of American borrowers to more easily use your service. That would make good business sense! When an app becomes easy to use for the blind the word gets around fast in the now tech trained blind who use accessable device tech!Your app developers can fix this in minutes to properly label check boxes. Also the slider at the final “accept money” requires the blind useing screenreaders to do a 1 finger double tap and hold on the <> symbols and then drag to right until it sticks on right. I suggest you change that to an actual slider button with a little instruction to seal the deal..I am taking time to write this totally blind using my talking accesable Iphone which the blind use these days instead of braille. Your biz can only increase and you will become top recommended if you dont waste this time I dedicated to your service which I like.I will wait 60 days before filing a report to Federal Compliance (by the time I pay off this first loan).Thanks and have a great day!!

Update: I have been contacted actually and working on fixing the errors, so they definitely do contact you back. Had it not been me having spinal surgery and recovering I’m confident the issues would be fixed already. So clearly they have fixed whatever issue’s I see on comments from a couple years ago. They are awesome and professional as well as helpful in fixing error’s and addressing issues immediately. Of course when I say immediately I mean within a couple day’s and it didn’t interfere with my loan just getting information straight on my credit with them and credit companies.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND POSSIBLE FINANCE IF YOU ARE IN a BIND OR DOING IT TO BUILD CREDIT. STAY SAFE AND MANY BLESSINGS FOR US ALL DURING THIS INFLATION WE COULD NOT HAVE SEEN HAPPENING.I stumbled on this app that has been easy to borrow and pay back. They are easy to apply and paying back is easy since it’s withdrawn out of your account per agreement. I would caution this month for some odd reason it didn’t take out the money I owed however I had checked on my account noticed this and did the payment myself. I’m waiting to get an explanation on an email stating I have been late when I have never once been late or asked for more time. I believe it is a glitch in the computer some how and confident it will be fixed. If not I will be sure to update review but honestly they send an email to remind you of payment being withdrawn and also ask if you need more time. I’ve never needed more so I can’t give any sort of review on that situation but I’m pretty positive that it would go great.
