This is going to be a longer review as I want to be as thorough as possible because of all the games I play, THIS is the one I am most passionate about.I have been playing this for several months now and it is a well thought out and developed air simulation game. Game play is an absolute BLAST with top notch players that understand the difference between flying for ones self and flying for the team. My dad worked for Grumman, so I also really appreciate the mention of Grumman, Lockhead, and Mcdonald Douglas in the credits. For me, what sets this game apart from the rest is the developers. There is a discord server associated with this game and the developers pay close attention to ANY mention of bugs. This is NOT one of those where they deployed it and then forgot it. The team stays close to their users and engages often which makes you feel (even as just a player) that you are part of a community which is just AMAZING!! Now, I am NOT saying there are a lot of bugs, what I am saying is that the developers don't hide behind a fake customer service group when there are issues.All in all, this is an awesome game that you can pay to advance, or not, either way you remain competitive with jets that are carefully designed equally. My husband and I fly together every night for HOURS and have a blast which we haven't been able to do since the downfall of War Wings. Many props to the development and testing team on such an awesome job!!

Hate to love this game. There’s certain aspects about it that are kind of annoying but at the same token, I kind of understand them it’s the point system the token system and the system. The shop isn’t big enough. It should have a lot more that you can purchase ammunition, different types of missiles upgrades, your plan consist of different things I believe first person shooter. You can see the actual cockpit not only just the outside of the plane I’ve tried joystick version and all the other two versions, and I would like it in the handheld version where you can spin with your phone, but the, truth of the matter is it doesn’t sync correctly with your phone and it causes you to kind of spin sparrow out of control. I wish the game was either PlayStation or Xbox available. Controller usage would be the best for this game. Phone tends to act crazy and wonky whenever you’re trying to or replying too much on your phone, so you can upgrade to your points or your tokens to come after every match whatever your achievement level is rather than allowing you to be with people who are 100 times better or a been played about you know 100 days longer and have more upgraded aircrafts the game is amazing. I enjoy it like I said I would enjoy it more if it was downloadable on Xbox or PlayStation !!

This is probably the most fun I’ve had playing a flight combat game on my phone so far. The 5v5 PvP timed matches are perfect for a quick break during the day or logging repeated back to back sessions while working through a new aircraft.Yes, I’ve heard about people complaining about how an A-6 would never stand up in a dogfight against a F-16, let alone a MiG-21, but that’s part of what makes it fun. You’d never see these interactions in a combat simulator, but if that’s what you’re looking for, go somewhere else. Each class (light fighter, medium fighter, attack, etc.) has it’s advantages and bonuses, and you’ll find certain planes do better in certain environments. Once you unlock the special ability of a particular aircraft, you can really unlock its potential.The first plane you get, the F-5, is a quick and nimble fighter that has enough punch to make you feel like you’re not outclassed by the pilot flying the F-15 or the Su-57. Once you get going, you can combine missiles, rockets and guns and take out an entire team in a single pass if the situation is right. And launching a missile and finishing off the enemy with your guns just makes it easier to thread one encounter into the next. Once you get rolling, you can really do some damage to the other team. My record so far is 11 kills. I can’t put it down!

I’ve like never written a review before, but I had to here.If you are at all an aviation nerd (like myself) or just need a good free title to hold your time this is perfect. Is it a bit arcade-y? Yes, but in no way is it noticeably “unrealistic” (beyond maybe the aircraft health and resupply mechanics). Now it is a little grindy, but it’s not unreasonable or mind-numbing (like for example, war thunder), and after maybe a couple hours of playtime you’ll be on to a new aircraft. This is definitely worth playing and has a lot of future potential. And the aircraft are balanced pretty well; sure an F-5 will have a difficult time dogfighting an F-16 (especially longer range engagements), but if the F-5 is smart, it’s no difficult task.Now a little segment for the devs, if they actually read this. This game has a lot of potential, and there are some other aircraft that could fit different aspects that haven’t been added yet. I also think that there might be a place for the addition of rotor aircraft (helicopters) if implemented properly. But if and when the game expands (especially in terms of number of aircraft) please do not think you have to make the grind any worse or different, that quickly becomes a very slippery slope. That’s about it :)
