Almost every other time you change your screen and then come back to the app it will say “We are confirming your location” even though it won’t. Unfortunately you have to force close and reload the app every time. Sure the odds are great on certain markets. Just prepared to be frustrated from time to time as well as waste it. I would forget live betting as well as building parlays off your phone. Can’t tell you the number of hours gone to trash from building something out and then it only gives you the location error when it comes time to actually enter a wager. So you won’t even know until you go to try and make the bet. It’s quite the most frustrating thing ever. I have location set to always allow. I’m always on wifi, and I’ve even deleted and re installed the app. The issue still persists. Only writing this review because I was just about set making a parlay right before first pitch for MLB. 10 legs. Enter my wager only to find out I can’t. So I restart the app and having to start over is the biggest waste of time since all the time leading up to it but even a bigger annoyance now that the game had started by the time I re selected everything.

I’ve been an avid sports bettor for over two decades now, and overall I really enjoy bet365, mainly bc of all of the options they offer that most other books don’t even come close to having available. One of those options are the Daily Lineups contests. It’s a great way to not only retain customers, but it’s also a way to encourage customers to access the app on a daily basis. In my previous review I left quite a bit of feedback after they changed the daily lineups segment of their app. For the most part those issues with daily lineups have been fixed, save for a few small nit picky things, like not having a date or time on the events. Outside of daily lineups the app is pretty solid, although my number one complaint remains that if you are idle for more than literally a few minutes the app will log you off and then you’re up a creek and have to completely close out the app, reopen it, and log back in again. All of this has to be done or the app won’t “recognize” your location and you won’t be able to place a bet. I hate comparing everything to FD or DK, but the fact of the matter is that they have the largest market share for a reason. Their apps are the most streamlined and modern, and in some cases it’s not even close. Hopefully bet365 will surpass them one day, bc they truly are a really solid option.

I’ve been on the app for a few days now. I took part in the $150 bonus and everything worked smoothly for me. I have a couple of dislikes, but what I will say positively first is I love the graphics for one! For example.. I looked at MLB this morning here vs FD and I love that Bet365 shows you who was pitching, live animation, etc. I also love the my bets page. I like the layout and organization so far. Now, what I don’t like is that they lock up player lines more frequently than any other bet app I use. I’ll have FD, DK, and this open at the same time, but this app has been the only one to lock up picks so you can’t bet. There are a few bugs too because it will also randomly say you’re not in a location to bet. Then I have to restart the app which if you’re live betting is risky. Also, I absolutely dislike the withdrawal process. I’ve won much more money on other sites like FD, DK, ESPNBET, etc.. and 1) there are a plethora of ways to withdraw your funds and 2) it doesn’t take more than a couple hours. Here, you have to have a banking institution that is connected otherwise you can’t withdraw your money. When you go to the HELP page, it will give you multiple withdrawal options and step by step for each, but that seems updated because you couldn’t choose cash, PayPal, Apple Pay, or debit card as an option. Now I’m waiting for money and I’ve just never had to wait this long. I’m not going to stop using the app, but as much as I love the idea and graphics of it, it will not be my first choice to deposit or win big from. Be advised and choose wisely.

So I’ve used this app for a little bit now, and I have a understanding of the cash out system they provide. I had a bet going for $300 and was given the chance to cash out because 3 legs out of 6 had already hit. I decided to wait a little and let that payout increase but then 2 legs of the correct 3 were no longer checked and it was no runs in the first inning of baseball so obviously I saw that it did actually hit. But taking away those checks also took my cash out option. One leg started to go sour still winning tho but I wanted to cash out. So I called support. First guy said he could help then says he hangs up on me. Second guy does the exact same, so now I’m thinking I’m done after the third guy. The third guy assists me well, and says since the bet had ended but he could tell I was trying to contact support he was going to award me bonus bets. So I was stressed out from the terrible support but now I felt fine and was somewhat relieved until I made a joke about how I shouldn’t bet. Then he restricted my account and took the bonus bet offer away. I understand some have big gambling issues but I had to stay on the phone with another person for 30 more minutes over a hour at this point to have my account restrictions lifted and never got the money. I was 100% cheated out of money and 100% because their support is incompetent. The only reason I give them 2 stars is cause it’s a easier to use app.
