Fun game… but customer service is so bad.

The game is fun, actually spent money on it, but u can see where they try and get you to spend more money by letting you lose. (I’ll get back to that). First if you win big and get ie. $20M credits. When u want to play slots. It brings you to machines with $1M/ pull min slots. And if you didn’t know, it’s a hassle to get into lower denomination slots. Back to the losing, this has happened countless times, $80M credits. And didn’t hit 1 single line until about $1–2M credit left. And also the customer service is worthless. I won a weekly event. Total winning was like +$80M credits. And after the time ended, it froze. So I get CS, and their response was, “oh we’re sorry, we are extending that contest another 24hrs. You can check back then.” I said “ I bought coins to win, and now your saying I can lose!!” They responded” sorry but the contest is extended for another 24hrs, and you can keep purchasing coins and playing to win.” Me: “any compensation for your mistakes?” - them “ you can wait to collect free credits that we provide” - which is like 6000 per 24/hrs.

I read reviews before I download a game to see if it’s legit. I was glad to see so many responses from the developers. That is, until I realized they aren’t honest in their responses! Here are some “inconsistent” statements they made in response to player frustrations about winning big, getting hooked, and then no longer being able to win and having to buy, buy, buy coins (this was the common theme of the complaints). 1. In response to the randomness of the game the developers responded to one player by saying, “We do not interfere with games in any way.” However they state over and over, “All the algorithms in the game ARE CONFIGURED to ensure it is totally fair.” 2. The player complained they weren’t following regulations. The developers gave a long response explaining that because there is no money used in their game it is not gambling, therefore they are not held to “any” regulations. Later in a response to another player, they stated they are 100% compliant with “all” regulations. What regulations?🤷‍♀️I realize the “other” association might have some regulations, but you said you aren’t held to any regulations. Just get your story straight.I just downloaded the game to write this review. I would NEVER play a casino game that you have to trust is fair, that starts with developers who can’t tell the truth (or a consistent lie)!

Purchases aren't mandatory in our game. They let you play at the tables with higher bets right away, but don't grant you any in-game benefits. You can always play without making any purchases. We use a random number generator to deal cards, mix decks, drop roulette balls, and form combinations in slots. Our RNG algorithms have been certified by an independent test lab, and all game algorithms comply fully with generally accepted standards.

How Do I Post Everything Taken
Just like all the other games like this never win I mean going thur that little 25,000 dollar it gives you in no time especially when you never win it’s tells you to bet more to win but won’t go pass 600 it’s sad that you can’t play no time before your broke then want you to spend real money just to lose it fast an it’s not like you win real money you probably never would win stuff like this has ruined games online an in physical game rooms spend your hard earned money an not have a chance to win it’s ridiculous this isn’t even a online casino but it’s run the same hoping people will pay to play well wrong I’m uninstalling it along with the rest of these games gambling or not if it’s pay to play totally unfair it’s gone I’ll free up my phone space for apps that are helpful like shopping at least you get something when you spend money wanted to give 1 star but it won’t let me change it
