Love the app and the service
The app is extremely easy to use and has worked perfectly.
I used LetsGetChecked for the very first time and absolutely loved this service. The test arrived in the mail on time and they received it back 14 hours after the UPS picked it up. My results was ready in 2 days. I missed the call back from the nurse, so I called the customer service number they provided me and they immediately connected me with a nurse. The nurse was so friendly and helpful.
I would recommend this service to everyone and I would absolutely use again. In fact I have order another test with them.
Kits falsely expire after 3 months no refunds or replacements
This company scams you by selling you a kit with a fake expiration date. Nothing in the kit actually expires within a few months, it’s only there to increase their sales. The kits cost around $15-20 to create and ship. The fee they pay affiliates per person that buys a kit through them is $30 which means their profit margin on these kits is already outrageous. Yet they refuse to replace or refund or discount any kits once the ones you have expire.
Their competitor for example, everlywell (much better company until letsgetchecked proves me otherwise), their kits have the same items in them and last a whole year, so you can buy a few on sale and stock up.
It blows my mind that a company thinks they can sell $250 tests and not offer ANYTHING to their customer if a kit expires before they need to use it? I won’t stop the harassment until the kits are replaced or refunded. I’ll plaster every review site, blow up your phone lines, emails, visit your offices, destroy your social media whatever I have to do to get my money back. I have nothing left but time on my hands.
Update
Spent 30 minutes for agents to pick up for the teleconference. The system kept knocking me off at 3 minutes. Apparently you need to update. Also helps to have a Google account ahead of time. That’s how they do the video feed now.
