Use the Calendar app for more than just scheduling!
If you already plan your life with the Apple Calendar app, TimeTable is the easy way to get that information out of your calendars so you can use it with other applications.
Turn your Apple Calendar events into clear time reports without entering your hours twice.
TimeTable helps you total your hours, find relevant events, and export the details for invoicing or spreadsheets.
• Filter events by calendar, date range, and search terms.
• Review total time and average, shortest, and longest event durations.
• Export reports as text or CSV, or share them by email.
• Keep editing your events in Calendar, TimeTable reads them directly.
• Use TimeTable on Mac, iPhone, and iPad with one purchase.

This is exactly what I needed! I've never had an app solve my problem so exactly.
The Hogans
This is worth the 10 bucks. I use Ical to quickly spec my time throughout the work week and sync it with outlook. I needed a quick way to calculate the time I am spending in certain calendars. The function of this app is spot on with how I am working. My employer requires me to submit time in SAP so this makes it soooo much easier to do. I don't have to manually count the hours each week. I can create reports based on the calendar and look at the time summaries. I do wish multiple events in a day would roll up and sum the total spent per day in a week view. However, as I am writing this review I noticed that the view options (list, grid, text) are great too! Text is my favorite.
Major Step Backward
Oogie01
I loved and used TimeTable3 and was hoping for more features with 4 to allow more events to be use, longer timeframes but basically just keep it working as it was. Sadly this version is a huge step backward. The User Interface is terrible and the display of reports cannot be adjusted. I no longer have the option to easily see what calendars are being used. We lost the min, max and average and details from TimeTable3. Do not bother with this one, stick with TT3 instead.
Bring back TimeTable 1 or 2

I loved the first version of this app, but the update just drives me crazy, not to mention that I had to pay for it again. I would gladly speak to the developer and talk about what is so frustrating. This is a great tool but it’s just really falling short now. Totally regressed from the last version I used. I’m now just vibe coding my own.
