I’m not the kind of guy who spends much time online, and I’ve never been a fan of dating apps in general. But this app felt different. It’s quiet, simple, and doesn’t try to be a social network. That worked for me. I appreciated that I could take my time — no pressure, no flashy stuff: just real profiles and clear intentions. This app has been nothing but trouble since I’ve downloaded it two days ago. The app keeps logging me out. Then when I try and log back in it tells me either my email or password are incorrect. Then when I try to rest the password the email never arrives in my inbox or spam. I reached out to customer service and basically all they told me was “it’s a pity”. Then they requested I go to my app subscription to screenshot my purchase to resolve anything. The whoever I am speaking with cutler support tells me I need to craft a new account to find my current account! What kind of sense does that even make. make it make sense kismia. Why should I need to confirm I paid anything for this app to have my issue resolved. Dating right now is already hard enough and we as customers are just trying to live our best life and find a partner and for you to tell us we need to send proof of any type of payment when my subscription is still currently active. I really hope someone higher up reads this and responds to me because this is not good customer service. Be careful with this app, it seems they only care about their money and not their customers. I want my money back for this app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE! This app is total garbage. Now the terrible customer service is telling me they can’t refund me after I was told to creat an entirely new account to recover my old one. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS APP. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST JUST AFTER MONEY. GO USE A DIFFERENT DATING APP

Please note that when you create a profile, we do not ask you for a login and password, but in order to avoid losing access to it in the future, you need to link it to one of the social networks. If you don't do this, you can permanently lose access to your profile. That's why Support agents ask you for a screenshot of your payments (if there were any) to find your old profile and ask you to create a new profile to transfer the paid service to it. We are sorry that you have encountered such situations, but to avoid such situations we strongly advise to link your profile to social networks. I’ve been using Kismia for about a month now. The app is simple and easy to navigate, which I really appreciate. Most of the profiles I came across were genuine and filled out with enough info to start a normal conversation — that was a nice change compared to other apps I’ve tried.I’ve had a few good chats so far. Nothing serious yet, but the overall experience has been positive. It feels like people here are more intentional and not just looking to waste time. I did get a subscription to try out the full features, and while I think it’s a bit pricey, I understand that quality services need to be supported in some way. It would be great if they added an option to pay just once without automatic renewal. No major complaints so far. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely a step up from most dating apps I’ve used.

Blocking feature but cool app

I like this app there are plenty of people to talk to and when I say plenty, there’s plenty I mean plenty except I noticed that when I want to go off of the app and so I hide my profile whenever I come back online, the people that I blocked before I hid my profile all of them somehow end up unblocked again and some of the guys some back messaging me again, some even harassing and insulting I just don’t like that at all. It even happened when they took my account later on and gave it back to me. All the people I blocked before were unblocked again. Also, another thing that I don’t like is that sometimes when I block a person, their messages still come through on my end, I think it’s a glitch in the app but it needs to be fixed it so annoying. Otherwise the app is good I just wish there was a video calling that would definitely put the cherry on top..
