I am absolutely addicted to GoMining. I decided to drain my 401k and invest in mining bitcoin, and so I found GoMining and the experience has been great. This is not financial advice and user experiences may vary. Yet, I’ve made back what I put in in 1 year plus some. It’s now as if I gave myself a 10% raise. What can you do with an extra 10% a year. I can think of a lot of things. Reinvestment perhaps? Buy that new car? The possibilities are endless. But consistency is key, they say you have to spend money to make money, and it’s no different here.Some advice to the devs, a DeFi gaming partnership is long overdue. But I have a perfect solution. My Neighbor Alice is a hit. It operates on. The Chromia blockchain and is a surprisingly addictive on-chain casual farming game that is bound to have lots of appeal. I’ve been a gamer most of my life and I’ve been waiting recently for a game that seamlessly integrates blockchain and gaming. This is about as good as it gets in my opinion. Talk to them. Think GoMining in the metaverse. Virtual mining farms with placeable animated Miner NFTs. Imagine seeing your miners in action in virtual space. Placeable Displays monitoring energy usage and profit margins. Perhaps API to allow some degree of control from within the game.

It is a cool concept and idea, but they are constantly making changes. The changes seem to always reduce profitability. It is not super transparent because you start out with a little to try it, get comfortable, then invest more and the rug is pulled out from under you. I hate the recent change to requiring holding go mining tokens for discount. It used to be pay in go mining tokens for discount. Now if you do not hold an obscene amount of tokens you do not get any discount. Before you could instantly get discount by choosing to pay a small amount for service. Now, even if you hold the large amount of tokens, as you spend, your discount amount would drop because you are no longer holding. I do not see the purpose of the tokens for small position holders, it only has benefits to large holders and turns the app into a bank toeing up capital for a low too discount. You cannot use the estimator to calculate your too when you first buy, because you can be sure they will make changes that significantly lower your too over the time period that would be needed to see returns. My gripe is the changes consciously made by developer not the fluctuations in bitcoin prices that are expected. The GoMining tokens are useless to small holders but the use is trying to be forced for profit because it is part of the overall economy. There is always a news release on why changes are better, but the results are the small users make less with each change evidenced in payout.

This app by far is the most fun and involved mining app I’ve ever come across. Not only do you mine by minting or buying miners but you’re creating legit NFTs that mine for you. These mines can be transferred to your wallet of choice or just left where they are. So many ways to buy in or transfer out. They’re lacking in a few key ways to buy in or pay out. Lack of PayPal or CashApp options, which are two of the biggest money platforms out there. Also, the implementation of the lightning network would be AMAZING. It would just make life a bit easier for everyone who utilizes it. Like me, lol. Also… pleeaaaase set it up so we can delete imported wallets or atleast give us the ability to nickname them. I have a few linked that no longer use and would love to remove. A line earnings ticker would be cool too. But yeah, just a few minor things to make this a masterpiece. I don’t do the miner wars so I have no input on that part of it. Remember everyone, it’s an investment, not a get rich quick scheme.***** Small Update… er, request *****Please set it up so we can hit the “service” button from our watches. Would be a nice little quality of life addition.

I like using the GoMining app because I am a part of an international community. I know that many if not most users of the app are English speaking but as an American of an immigrant background the overall international vibe of the app make me feel especially welcome. And in discord I can communicate with people who speak German and Spanish. I’m a cerebral investor here for the long haul and I feel I’ve found like minded people in this community. I’ve learned a ton about Bitcoin and crypto in the weeks I’ve used GoMining. As bitcoin mining evolves I feel sure that I’ll learn a lot from being here regardless of how my investment works out and that means a lot to me.Update 12/24: I’ve used the app for a few months now. I’ve been able to withdraw Bitcoin to my cold wallet from my existing investments. And I’ve been comfortable with the community and have met with folks with an ongoing relationship. Because I saw myself getting close to ROI with my initial small investment, I decided to invest more in. This ecosystem has potential and good smart people involved and I’m proud to be part of it.
