I love this app so much and I only got it like a couple days ago, I saw it in an ad on Instagram and I was like “that is pretty dang cool!” So I got it ITS COMPLETELY FREE TO PURCHASE ALSO! I made a tribute video for my favorite rapper Lil Loaded and I used pictures of him looking cool as heck on Google then put my project together and BANG!!!! Out came an amazing video made by me. IF ANY OF Y’ALL HAVE BAD THINGS TO SAY BOUT DIS APP RIGHT HERE THEN YOU IS GEEKIN MAN! Shout out to the people who made dis app mane. I am a unsigned rap artist I go by the name “Cardier Da_Illest” guess what a “RAPPER” “ME!” IS USIN DIS APP WHATCHYAH BE THINKIN TALM BOUT “ain’t nobody gone want dis app man it’s bad” yah trippin, aye but much love to the people who made this awesome app. Peace, love, happiness, respect and blessings to you guys.

I spent $50 to get a yearly subscription for this app thinking it would replace cap cut for me but honestly there are a few bugs that I honestly hate having to deal with. There’s a specific bug that regularly happens to me when I try editing with it: sometimes when im adding effects or transitions to my clips or SIMPLY JUST MOVING CLIPS AROUND the text I’ve put down just straight up disappear; or are suddenly shifted somewhere completely random. I use the text for lyrics and it frustrates me so much when all of a sudden the text that I’ve placed on beat with the song are just all shifted to one spot and having all of my text just stacked on top of each other. I honestly can’t see myself coming back to this after my subscription ends. I’ve already ended it but i’m stuck with this app anyways since I dumped $50 on it hoping I’d really use this permanently.

I just downloaded the app, so my experience isn’t extensive, but the way this was advertised on Instagram was that the templates would have trending audio and that doesn’t seem to be the case. Also, I’m spending just as much time scrolling through that templates on this app as I was spending scrolling through reels on Instagram to find the right audio, so it’s not saving me any time so far— maybe because all the songs in the templates seem to be fitting for lifestyle influencers, so maybe it’s just that I’m not a lifestyle influencer (my brand is restaurants/food). I will say that the templates seem to be very well put together, and the music is current, so I can see how this would be of use to a lifestyle influencer who doesn’t necessarily need to use trending audio.

This app is extremely helpful in the ways it allows you to pretty much plug into a cool template that fits the type of content you chose to make. It has a vast variety of templates and the updates are pretty consistent if you’re looking for new refreshing options as well. I would give it 5 stars if I hadn’t run into challenges with the caption generator. Sometimes it works perfectly, sometimes it doesn’t pick up your vocals or loses its synchronization with your video during your editing process which can be annoying, but I’ve grown to navigate around it. All things considered, it’s one of the best apps next to Edits to jumpstart your content creator journey in my opinion!
