I opened an account and placed bets for two days, losing a total of $3,000. On the third day, I had a significant win, bringing the account balance up to $12,000. However, when I attempted to withdraw $2,000, the transaction was declined. Shortly after, my account was locked without any prior email or notification. Upon reaching out to customer support, they informed me that additional information was required. I promptly provided all the requested documentation, but was told the matter was still under review.Support later claimed that my account was linked to a device associated with another account, which allegedly led to the suspension. I find it quite concerning that there were no issues with my account when I was losing money, yet as soon as I started winning, they suddenly cited a violation of terms and conditions. After a week of having my funds frozen, I still have not received any updates.I have now retained an attorney to pursue legal action. If you have an account with Betr Holdings Inc., I strongly advise you to submit a letter opting out of arbitration and the class action waiver. You have 30 days from the date you open your account to do so. If you fail to act within this period, you will lose the right to sue Betr Holdings Inc. in court and will be forced to resolve any disputes through arbitration.

I really liked this app at first. However the past month started to glitch. It logs me out after 5/10 minutes but what’s worse is I am not notified I was locked out UNTIL I go to view my players and place the money wager. THIS IS FRUSTRATING TO THE MAXXXX because I will spend 30 minutes to an hour reading through wager options and selecting them. Go to enter my amount of wager then *BOOM* you’ve been logged out. Then log back in, not recalling exactly whom I had selected and start the process over. Spend another half hour selecting picks then logged out soon as I try to enter a wager. 1 hour or more wasted and no bets placed? Kiss off. I have other apps . Sometimes I miss game starting and it mess up my evening. ALSO - I’ve noticed this app will not have some of the fair spread lines on stats as the other apps. I currently use 5 or more apps and this one will be the only one not offering those? Huh? Super sus. It does offer promo’s that are decent at times but in comparison to other apps, this one has fallen to last. It used to accept my cashapp card then suddenly started rejecting it. Glitchy app that had the option to improve if they want it to. It’s on the developers now but I have slowed down using this one big time because of the flaws

The agent who I spoke to told me to check the promotions page periodically to get betr bucks but I told him I check every single day for different promotions to get betr bucks to bet with. It’s the same promotion everyday “refer a friend” WE DONT WANT THAT PROMOTION and us customers don’t care about that. With a big Sportsbook like Betr who makes tons of money off customers I shouldn’t be asking agents every time I log in to add a small betr bucks bonus bet. The agent lied to me and told me to participate in the promotions in the tab but there’s never any promotions to participate in besides refer a friend! All I want is a small bonus bet or a small amount of betr bucks for the holidays and before the year ends! That’s all I ask for but it’s always a hassle to get it which is crazy. All the other sportsbooks hook me up without even asking! I really want to make Betr Sportsbook my main Sportsbook moving forward because Jake Paul is my hero. CLEVELAND STAND UP!!! But it’s really frustrating to the point where I don’t even want to be associated with this Sportsbook. To make this better all I want is a small amount of betr bucks being added to my account and I’ll be a happy customer if not, I will be taking my talents to Hard Rock Sportsbook for good. Thanks

Entered a free promo and won, was only for $3 but instead of receiving the $3 they took away $7.50 from my betr bucks. They released a statement saying it would be fixed soon. Today I log on and see I have been reinstated $4.50, but not the other $3 they took or the $3 from the win. I contacted support for a quick fix and was met with an unprofessional, uneducated man that made it way harder then needed to be then made me feel belittled for asking for the $3 I had won doing a promotion by BETR. I have screenshots of the chats I wished to share, but the Senior Operation Associate Justin, with a Knicks profile picture, failed to show simple math and literature skills, then after belittling me for THEIR OWN mistake, he refused to apologize or admit wrong doing, rather acting as if him giving me the $3 was out of pity rather then principle. It’s sad to think not only is this someone that works in support and is a face of your company, but the fact he is a Senior associate is plain embarrassing. Planning to pull out my remaining funds and add them to my PrizePicks account, at least there AI customer service can do simple math.
