I’ve never been a fan of mobile tycoon games. I get very bored after a couple hours of playing and usually end up deleting it. I LOVE this game. If I had to complain, it’d be about the diversity of characters. I have 12 different tenants, and most look identical. I have no complaints with gameplay. I love watching my tenants go about their daily routines while waiting for my money to increase. Listening to their problems adds another level of character that makes the game charming. The design is cute, the earnings feel fair, building times are understandable, etc. This is easily one of my favorite mobile games I’ve found. I absolutely love this game! One of my favorite features is the satisfaction index. I love knowing what my tenants like and dislike, and focusing on making THEM happy rather than my personal goals. Instead of upgrading what I would like to, I have to think about what my tenants are doing, and if my upgrade is a valuable use of my money. The game does this while also making my decision making stress free! I know that whatever choice I make, it won’t affect me super negatively. The game feels rewarding, and makes you want to come back for more. One more thing I’d like to mention is that I don’t feel pressured to make a bunch of in-app purchases to enjoy the game. I can happily play with or without them. While spending a bit of money will be beneficial, I can make it just fine without. Making this one of the most comfortable mobile games I’ve played.

I got this game quite a while ago and I really like this game. Good things about this game is that there are no pestering adds unless you want them to get diamonds or money. Diamonds can get you furniture and decorations when you have the landlords house(es). Yes, you can get multiple houses, the limit to the houses is three and you can decorate them however you want! There are a lot of different apartments or villas or stuff like that. When you first start, you have this small apartment to work on. You also have the same type apartment in the back of the first one. You also get to buy stores, laundromats, gyms, and much more! You have to upgrade tenants rooms to make them happy, and also the stores. At one point of the game, you get a bigger apartment for two then eventually, three! I hope people who decide to play this game absolutely love it and give it a five-star rating like me! This game is so cool and fun and awesome! If the developers of the game sees this, thank you so much for making this game! I love it so much! Some people might not agree with me but I saw some of the reviews and it looks like a lot like this game like me. I am not too far in the game so I have no idea what else there is but I am level 11 so I have no idea what else there is. In conclusion, I really like this game and I hope the developers keep updating this game so that I have no reason stop! LOL!

I was surprised this wasn’t one of those rip-off games where in the adds for the game it says something about it but the game turns out to be nothing like what the adds say. It’s really fun and I could play it for hours but there are some flaws like having to many diamonds for example. I have so many diamonds just sitting there and I have no idea what to do with them. I saw a review and they said having a wheel you can spin bye spending diamonds would be cool. They also said making it so you can trade in diamonds to get money would be a cool update. Another thing I don’t like is that I don’t have enough money. Everything gets so expensive and I spend it on like two things and my money is gone. Having these fixed would be really helpful. I also think cashdaddy comes way to often. Like it’s a great help in all but it’s also making you watch adds for it. Maybe you could make it so there’s an option to spend diamonds to get the money instead of watching an add. I do like though that he mostly offers money and most of the time not diamonds. I also like how when you decline his offer he doesn’t just stay there. There is a little glitch though that when I’m at the office and cashdaddy is there the little pop up pointing to where he is points to somewhere random and not to the office. But overall this is a really good game and I recommend it! I hope you consider updating the game. Thanks for reading!

I sincerely, love this game. I love the tiny comments good or bad the renters say n and how they interact with workers. I wish there was more diversity with the renters as there is only one noticeable black renter so far as I’ve seen n everyone else is white or maybe middle toned?! It’s a fun game but so time consuming by how many ads I have to watch to upgrade things n it’s very high demand when I do upgrade things it’s like it’s never ending. The managers are hard to get n they are very expensive to even get a piece of which I don’t understand why that’s a thing, so many diamonds for just 1 piece. I wish for the couple rooms that the 2 renters actually interacted with each other, because the only thing they do with each-other is sleep in the same bed and be in the same room at some times. I wish this for my single room renters too. Seeing everyone talk or make friends with each-other would definitely improve my time on this app. I love that watching the ads is optional but deeming how much money everything is n way over how much money anyone receives it’s like I always have to watch them to improve stuff. Also I don’t get the landlord having a house because of how expensive it is, I always forget it’s a feature n I don’t see a purpose, I would understand if there was like games n other things I could do at my home but I just buy overpriced stuff for what purpose? Many I’m not far enough to see what the point is?! Really love the game but there are a lot of mixed feelings about it.
