A surprisingly fun mobile game grind

This game is similar to many in the mobile marketplace that focus on building a base (in this case a tower) in order to earn in-game currency, which is then used improve said base. While the idea is one that has been emulated many times, the execution of Tiny Tower makes for a near unparalleled mobile experience. First of all, the attention to detail on the design of each floor makes for a varied experience even though the mechanics are repetitive. I’ve played this game multiple times over the years, often building over 100 floors, and each tower I’ve made was different from the last. Additionally, this game has a superior system of in-game currencies compared to many mobile games. It seems like the norm these days is for a game to have two currencies: one basic and one “premium” currency, which can be exchanged for the basic currency and can be purchased for real money. Too often, the best features of games are locked behind premium currency walls which require players to pay real money to fully experience the game. Tiny Tower follows this two currency system, but it doesn’t lock the game down for players that are short on Dollars (the premium currency). Also, it is relatively easy to earn Dollars in-game without paying, which is something few games do well. Overall, it makes for a really fun and relaxing game which you can play as much or as little as you want, while also remaining an enjoyable experience far longer than the average mobile game. I love it, thank you developers!

Have had this game for years and decided I would leave a review maybe to convince someone to get this game now I love this game because first you can play it anywhere as long as you have some phone or something and the premium is really good you get to ride people on your elevator you can customize you elevator and the speed for a currency called bux bux are used for expensive customizations to your tower and make it look better and taller and it doesn’t need to look tall if it is tall so to make more floors on your tower you get to buy some with another currency called cash which comes in surprising abundance even if you play for just a few days and the customization of your tower doesn’t stop there the people living in you tower are most fun to customize but first you have to earn the skins buy riding special skinned characters on you elevator to get them to a floor to either live there or buy products so it’s pretty simple to get skins and customize your tower and you even get seasonal sales that only come around once a year so once that season starts be quick to purchase those customizations for you tower and don’t forget if you rebirth your tower and use your golden ticket you get special rewards and get to have twice the fun as before but don’t only take it from me try tiny tower yourself it’s free so it’s not even difficult to get so get out there and build a tower!

This game is extremely addictive and fun, with a seemingly endless stream of bucks it would seem like you would never need to use irl money, but there is a lot of pressure for pay to win play styles. This games is simple and creative, it gives lots of leeway for changing up your tower and there is no limit as to what you can add. You used to be able to buy new elevators that were much faster, now you buy skins for the elevator and increase its speed separating, this game is clearly nearing its end since they are trying to maximize value of Tiny Towers. Also the VIP version is complete bore crap, you used to be able to pay bucks to get a specific building, not any more, that was over powered, but they didn't have to put it behind a pay wall. Finally they have pathed the glitches and exploits that allowed you to have infinite bucks which is great for most of us loyal players. I have restarted several times in order to maximize my towers value after i learned what i can do better. but now they added a manual restart which gives you money, I like this very much. One thing that you must add, is more events, they don't have to only give bucks, although that is much wanted, but you could give out seasonal skins through special challenges, and add seasonal VIP's, that do special things, like on Christmas add a Santa VIP that gives everyone a present of sorts. Great game and is fun to grind and grow, don't ruin it like every other good game on the app store by forcing us to buy everything. Happy trails!
