Unable to create an account with no explanation why. No functioning customer support to resolve - they have a chat function but it doesn’t work (error on trying to load it on multiple different devices) and no other avenue of contacting them. First time in a long time I haven’t been able to simply register for an app/service.

From USA. I am unable to message seller with my address for shipping. The only way is to put it in the review. It states I must verify at Tradera, but there is no link to do this and I am unable to find it on Tradera. com. This makes it very difficult. Thanks Jim
