Update problem... again... with IOS 11.2

Since this update the application can not be used. Every time I try to read a news story, it only stops working or responding (freeze). I’ve tried to re-install but still don’t work. The developer still can not solve the problems and it takes too long to do so. I do not understand how the main newspaper in PR has an application developer that fails so much. Thank God he does not develop applications for banking.UPDATE (December 13, 2017) - Version 4.2.2 (minor bug fixes and other improvements) still has problems. When you are reading the news the application closes suddenly. Even uninstalling and reinstalling the problem persists. I do not understand how the developer still can not create a stable version. Perhaps by reducing the focus to the large number of ads they place even for subscribers who pay monthly...UPDATE (April 25, 2017):Called (again, look the time between my updates) to El Nuevo Día to report the continuous problems of the application and apparently nobody knows or has the interest in solving it. Reading the answers given by the developer to the reports of problems makes you feel the lack of respect to the subscribers with answers totally out of reality. El Nuevo Día should get developers more committed to providing quality in the product and reasonable support (unacceptable that it is still such an unstable application).

Had to delete it. After a few years of using it, they added a subscription service for opinion articles. I understand that. Its necessary for the newspaper to make money. You used to know which articles were subscriber only because it would tell you. The app still tells you which articles are behind a paywall. What the app doesn't tell you is that MOST of their articles are now behind a paywall, even those that don’t tell you before you click on it. Download this app if you want to receive push notifications for articles you cant read. Do yourself a favor and use another source for PR news.

What the app doesn't tell you is that MOST of their articles are now behind a paywall, even those that don’t tell you before you click on it. Download this app if you want to receive push notifications for articles you cant read. Do yourself a favor and use another source for PR news.

My favorite part are all is awesome in any part of the world you can connect with your country and support our fellows brothers from our country and stay in ups and down like we all remember the ones that we all suffer in all the ways for the families that lost their love ones. Too many Notifications

Endi please no more late night notifications! Unless it’s a real emergency.This is the app for the main newspaper in Puerto Rico. Therefore the only reason to install is to keep abreast of what’s happening in the island. Since it’s the official newspaper basically they are an integral part the news cycle. However, please be aware that the newspaper sends notifications several times a day including after 11 PM at night. That could actually be intrusive to some people and a turn off. Simple you can turn off notifications then you would have to voluntarily be looking at the application.
