App does not refresh itself you have to do it manually or restart the app and then it will show you another add.No 4K only HD streaming.No pause on live games.You have to pay extra for games in Arabic and Portuguese.No Picture in Picture or multiple play.No highlights, even when app description say so, just full game replay.No international watching or VPNProsIt runs smoothly.Games star streaming around 1 hour before actual game, showing arrivals, warmups and interviews.Games are available to replay right after live streaming ends.You can download games.You can save games and content in Library Mostly of the games are available in English and original languages.

It would be easier to list the things that are actually good with this app. But since that list would be 0 items long, I'll stick to the negatives.I have yet to have a smooth enjoyable experience using this app. I mainly use it to (TRY) to watch World Cup qualifying. Last night was yet another failed attempt. Game started at 7:30pm EST and I turned into the stream at 7:16. Everything was going fine. Then the game started. I tried chromecasting the game to my tv. Got the bein sports logo on my tv and no game after about 5 minutes. Tried removing chromecast so I could at least watch on my phone and that wasn't happening. Killed the app and opened again to see that I was signed out, and app wouldn't let me sign in or go to the live tab. Tried different avenues, from chrome browser on my Mac to chrome browser on my Windows to internet explorer on my Windows. I was unable to sign in only getting an unhelpful messages that literally just read "Error" or "Service Exception". I'm assuming this was due to high traffic seeing as Conmebol Matchweek 18 was packed with pivotal games but COME ON. There is always one reason or another why this isn't working but bein should be expecting this kind of demand by now. Had to end up watching my game on a weak stream from a Venezuelan tv station. Totally agree with others saying this app's rating is artificially inflated and it's just sad from bein's point of view that they're able to give such HORRIBLE service simply because they have a monopoly on legally showing these games in the US (at least) basically this rant is the only way I can vent since boycotting these games is an unrealistic retaliation

You can tell Bein artificially increased the rating. If you look at the reviews all of the 5 stars are short and the usernames are so fake. In any case, for once, just once, Id like to enjoy watching a match on my phone using bein sports connect. Nearly every time I open the app I get the same exact message "I'm sorry were experience technical difficulties please try back on a few minutes". I'm not sure why I even subscribe to Bein. It's never working when I would actually like to use the service that I pay for. The app is up to date on the most recent version. Do you know how infuriating it is to have to watch that same freaking 30 second Disney World commercial over and over and over to try to and watch the match I would like to watch? Right after the ad it always refers back to the technical difficulties messages. The few times that the app is actually working you wait through several minutes of ads (yes starting with the Disney World one). Also, I have to say the tv schedule is ridiculous. Who wants to watch the regional bike championship of the English League Championship Playoffs????

I would honestly give them no start if that was an option. I paid a 110$ to watch the euro and it just doesn't work, i tried 2 different laptops and multiple browsers but it didnt work. I did all the steps that the technical support team asked me to do but they couldnt solve my problem, and eventually they said “there is nothing wrong with your account” and they claim that the problem is from my internet provider !! Seriously! The internet works fine and they claim its the reason, and even when i try to play on the mobile app it keeps crashing, in 10 minutes it crashed like 4 times. When i asked them to cancel my subscription they said that they dont do that. So basically you pay them money for a service that doesnt work and their useless support team when they cant fix the issue they claim that its not their fault and that you should change your internet provider!!Save your money and go watch the games somewhere else
