1. Allow auto-play to the next episode. We watch using Roku and Google and it doesn’t allow this. I have been watching less and less because it’s annoying having to back two screens just to play the next episode. 2. Easier rewind, forward, play from beginning, and remember the last scene played3. Allow saving episodes or seasons to a playlist 4. Better search features to find shows. It’s just really difficult and I don’t watch as often anymore. 5. Allow to save shows to a favorites list or similar6. Captions in English or Tagalog 7. Allow download of episodes. We used to be able to do this, can’t find the option anymore. 8. Consistent features regardless of whether we’re watching on a laptop, tablet, mobile phone or streaming to tv. There’s plenty more I can recommend, but for now, having these basic features in the app would be a massive improvement.

Needs improvement on English subtitles

I was very excited to find that all my favorite shows and movies I grew up watching are finally in a streaming app. I did notice that I can view the English subtitles WAY better when streaming on my computer browser. The font was bigger and there was a gray shadow behind the text so viewing subtitles while watching on my computer was great. However, when streaming on my phone through the app, there are no English subtitles at all? Even after redownloading the app. There are no subtitles…Then when streaming the app on any television, the English subtitles are in very small white font, very hard to read, and there’s not that extra gray shadow behind the texts to make it easier to read subtitles. Wanted to see if there were going to be any updates or improvements in the works in regards to the presentation of English subtitles for streaming on television and on phone?

On your phone, have you tried pressing the "CC" button located at the lower part of the video to enable subtitles? Sometimes, reselecting this option can help. The iWantTFC mobile app is good for overseas Filipinos wanted to watch filipino shows online away from home. But there is one thing that I wanted to share with iWantTFC. The only problem I'm having with them is the slow response and most of the time not at all from the customer service when I needed a refund from a subscription even closing my other iWantTFC account. It takes forever to reach them, only email and no live customer service agent to call any phone number. I hope they can fix this since Im a loyal customer of TFC since they had it here in the US.

Missing some part of the showtime

I’ve been a member God knows how long, I never had this kind of issue before but for last couple of months we are not seeing a whole episode of showtime. It’s either the beginning or the end part of the show is always missing like the TNT part. And also the teleserye is not everyday sometime we have to wait the following week to watch Thursdays and Fridays teleserye. Please do something about this, it’s very disappointing and frustrating when you don’t see the whole episode especially showtime.

If you want to catch the full video on VOD or via replay, it will be available from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, PH time the following day. You have a 24-hour window to watch the full video of It's Showtime VOD. If you’re not able to do that within that viewing window, you might see a shortened or edited version. Most programs on VOD undergo procedural editing of content for general viewership. Regarding your programming concern, there are shows available for advanced episodes from Saturday to Wednesday, and some are on weekdays.
