Rather than purchasing “What to Expect When You’re Expecting”, don’t waste your money- GET THE LIVEN APP!Day 4 and we’re already seeing and feeling a positive result in our household. You don’t have to be a struggling parent, a parent with unruly kids, or just completely a parent at your wits end to find this app necessary. I believe all parents, whether feeling completely successful in every stage or someone who’s overwhelmed and overtaken by bad manners, sassy attitudes, never-ending temper tantrums or running on fumes….this app has opened up an understanding into my own childhood; ultimately accepting things I cannot change but how I can control those impulses and instead of leaning back on my own given reactions, give my children the reactions that I wanted and needed as a child. Doors I’ve kept closed for many years are finally being approached and I’m able to face my own negative experiences yet turn them into growth and positive outcomes just now dealing with them from the other side of the spectrum. Liven is a real eye-opener. It’s helped me become more transparent with myself and even moreso with my children. It’s enhanced the trust and compassion within our family circle.

I usually don’t go out of my way to review things unless I’m extremely impressed and happy with a product or service, or upset and bitter about purchasing or wasting time with a service or product that is so terrible.Liven is quite amazing. I have just started my liven journey but I’m so excited to continue it. I am very pleased with this app and the fact that you can cognitive therapy for virtually free. No insurance needed you can purchase a type of therapy and parenting coaching for not very much money. Although I strongly believe therapy of any kind should free. I really am surprised that in just one lesson I’m very eager to continue and start my second lesson as soon as I can but I’ve got to finish my chores before I go pick my daughter up from school and imply the new knowledge I’ve gained from Liven. Not just knowledge but the little extra piece of mind that this is normal. We aren’t alone, there’s a lot like us, we’re not bad we’re just human. In short, imo; Liven is an incredible tool to have and be able to not only learn from and use, but it also is such a comforting reminder and in a way it’s a medication for mental health, self doubt and parenting. Thank you Liven!🙌

I’m about to end my subscription already based on the fact that I’m trying to learn to stop people pleasing and I’ve answered this “rate experience “ assessment question 4 times already . Yet it continues to ask for a rating . It’s ignorant and repetitive . Now I finally clicked yes bc I knew it was about to ask me again “if I want to help “ bc it is manipulative and wants 5 star reviews so it nags you every few questions over and over and over again when you click “no “ until you are so annoyed you give in and click yes. That is how they have so many 5 star ratings bc they manipulate the data. Congratulations : I gave in and clicked yes that I want to help, however I want to help viewers / potential customers .. I want to help them in knowing the truth . That is why i decided to finally give in and agreed to RATE you after you continued to make the question pop up several times . My rating is 0 stars and I want to make it clear how manipulative this is and time wasting for people who are so exhausted and actually wanting help. Thanks for starting this off really calculated , misleading , and fraudulent with your data. Bullying and harassing customers until they rate you 5 stars doesn’t make your site legit or top status in assistance , it makes whoever is running it a business man or woman who is more focused on monetary numbers than public service and mental health progress. Thanks for nothing . Keep your subscription , I think you need help.

The Liven app has a great premise, but the app is not ready for prime time. You receive ads for up-sells before you get access to the real content. For $29 per month, the up-sells should be included. You complete questionnaires which are supposed to personalize the app to your needs. It does not. Then, you are told to set goals from 5 or so categories, but there are few options in each category to choose from. If none of the options apply to your situation, you still must select one to proceed. There is no option to personalize. I thought I must be missing something, but there was no way to find out unless I selected answers that did not fit my situation. I reached out to their customer support, and a week later, reached out again to see if they received my first inquiry. I received a response asking if I would rather receive a few of their up-sells than a refund. I responded that I wanted a refund. I did receive notice of a refund. I hope this app developer can program a lot more personalization into this app (and slow down on the up-sell advertisements). I had been willing to pay a premium for what they promised. I wish this app developer well as they continue to make improvements to their app!
