The app has been really good. The only unfortunate issue is the app shuts down on me when I try to finalize a New Product Launch purchase and I miss out on the opportunity but other than that the Olight app works very good. It’s easy to navigate. Works well for the most part.

My husband turned me on to this company. I have YET to have any problems with them. Their products are over the top, spot on, bright, and the best lighting for so many different things. There’s too many to list. I LOVE Olight and recommend their products for mothers with young children. Olights are good for people of ANY age. App keeps getting worse. Trying to do everything (like a Game Center) instead of just selling their products. Down to one star…. Wrong direction Olight…I love olights. I have several and if I lost them I would immediately buy more.3 stars because the app used to be a smooth and made it easy to see new products. Now when I click on a product the app is laggy and seems to automatically play a video on every new page. I will be uninstalling if the constant video playing is continued… not because I don’t like Olight, but because the app feels like an ad-wall now…

I’ve been using this app since it launched and have had no issues navigating or purchasing. There was connectivity issues when first using to pair with devices but that was quickly fixed in a patched update. All my devices work flawlessly with the My Devices tab. Great app and great customer service they really care about their customers and their feedback!
