When I got the app my son was 7.5 months old. I thought we were “late” to the game because I started introducing foods to him at 6 months. But by time he was 7.5 months, he had only had about 6 or 7 different foods he had tried. As a first time mom I was so nervous and weary about what I should and shouldn’t feed him and HOW I should introduce it! A friend recommended this app and seriously it changed our lives! My son is now 10 months old and has a larger pallet than my husband!!!! (My husband is a picky eater but that’s not the point hahah!) We get compliments all the time about how great of an eater he is! How much he eats! How he actually tries new foods!! He eats anything from peanut butter, shrimp, chicken, zucchini, and even sweet potatoes! Also, the app helped me feel safe and comfortable with introducing big allergy foods with the courses and detailed information they provide! Long story short, I could go on for hours about how amazing and life changing this app is and has helped us! You will NOT be disappointed!! 💕

When I started my baby on solids a little over two months ago I had no idea what to feed my baby. The thought of planning multiple meals a day was intimidating (I had never been able to successfully plan ahead for even myself). This app has made it so easy. I pick from the hundreds of recipes to ensure my baby has a diverse, balanced week of meals and subsequently so do my husband and I. The meals are delicious, the additional BLW resources are extremely helpful, and as time as progressed, I feel comfortable curating my own baby-friendly family meals. As a bonus, new recipes are constantly being added so you’ll never run out of new ideas. Thank you 101 before one!

I’m a first-time mom and I wanted meal plans that could help us with starting solids. I purchased the app & book and I’m so glad I did! The app & book take a lot of mental load off my plate by giving me weekly meal plans & shopping lists. The weekly meal plans offer a lot of flexibility. There’s a lot of educational info about BLW and the meals are so good and easy to prepare. My husband and I both work full time, so I was worried the meal plans would take too long to prepare (we’ve had that problem with other meal plans), but they’re pretty quick. A lot of the meals are easy to double batch and freeze so we have something easy another time. Can’t recommend it enough!

We started using this app back in November, and truly can’t say enough great things about the whole platform & program. I love being able to cook nutritious meals for the whole family, while including our little one. He’s already checked off 60+ foods from his 101 checklist! The weekly meal plans, grocery lists, quick search, & 101 checklist are our top highlights in the app. Anytime we tell our other parent friends about this, they’re like “where was this when our kid was a baby?” It takes so much of the planning off the parents’ plates, and gives us more time to enjoy meals & fun with our baby.
