I have this so 5 stars but it only deserves 3 from me but I wanted this to be seen so…… I started playing this a couple days ago and have earned a good amount which is nice however I have been crazy playing to try to earn the $100 from reaching the 100% play and progress but have been stuck at 86% because the last restaurant of Sushi is not available to play and I have fulfilled all the other levels and restaurants I possibly can and just keep going in circles between the restaurants cleaning up but it does not go towards my progress!!! Is a disappointment because I had hopes of being able to earn that $100 but without the Sushi restaurant to access you get stuck at a certain percentage and that’s it! Shame I really wanted to love this app…so please open sushi so I can hope to love this app again

i was actually really enjoying this game surprisingly. i had just downloaded it after playing a little in and ad and it seemed like something i could play while listening to my podcast and it was doing just that for quite some time. however, i’ve noticed some bugs that make it unplayable to me any longer so i will be putting the game down until these bugs are fixed. like other reviews are saying starting on the second restaurant it starts the day essentially on the end so you only have a minute or two until the store closes and then it never opens again even if you clean everything like it wants you to and it doesn’t pop up the option to wash the carpet runner which is what it’s waiting on me to clean in order to open again. also have noticed when you clean something the sponge never disappears it’s just cleans forever until a customer sits and even then sometimes it just looks like it’s cleaning them. i was excited to see the different restaurants and such but i won’t continue to play if i have to exit the game every couple minutes just to get a couple minutes of game play. would be a 4/5 stars of it was actually playable.

Crazy that with so many people liking this game that the developers aren’t taking any initiative to fix its issues. Not sure why anyone tries as they will just continue to ignore us…but still I try. Please fix the issues. Bugs even worse after update. Changing rating and will delete and not look back if not fixed soon. Listen to your customers!! I’ve tried reaching out to support for help on a game ending issue, and it’s crickets. No response, not even to acknowledge my email. When I got to the Wyoming restaurant, in the 4th expanded section there’s no option to add any tables. The cashier has been added but where then an option to add tables would be next, it’s just a big empty room. I don’t know if this is as far as the game has been developed or if this is a bug. Would be nice to know but again, they won’t respond to me. As this prohibits me from progressing any further, I guess I’m done. It was fun while it lasted though! A better than average idle type progressive game. Had potential to be a favorite game but no option to continue now. Looks like lots of people are having the same issue, but no response and no update. Maybe it will come soon but with no way to progress oh well.

I just downloaded the game which I actually enjoy playing. It’s calming and more for a casual play which I love about it, but the ads… the ads serve a purpose and I understand that but the amount and duration of the ads were frustrating so I actually paid for the ads free option that is offered. Even though my purchase went through and the money was taken out of my bank, I am still receiving a numerous amount of ads. They do not have a customer service type option to notify them which is also annoying because there is no way to contact anyone if any other game issues arises. My advise to players, don’t waste your money on the no ads offers, you’ll still get ads. To the developers, you really should have an option to contact a support for game issues such as these. Since the game already took my money, I’m counting it as a loss. However it ruined it for any other game I decide to play that offers that because I will remember being burned with this game and will most likely not purchase a package from any more games.
