Just canceled my subscription because my credits dont refresh and nobody responds to emails. I use many different softwares and tools to create and edit Ai videos and I have to say, this app is lterrible! It doesnt save your work in the app, it doesnt tell you where the file goes when you use the desktop version or allow you to name the file or choose the location which is the bare minimum to ask for when downloading anything (i still cant find the download location). This is not a disgruntled customer review, this is just brutal honesty. I bought the yearly subscription and it did not refresh my credits more than a month after starting the subscription. I sent email, no response. So, I read something that said uninstall the app, log out, and all that. But then when i log back in, it’s a completely different and new account even though im using the same email credentials to log in. I sent email to support, no response. Do not download this app, it’s a scam!

Scammer DO NOT BUY!!! First they charge you 35$ then after trying a few times you’re informed that you only get 6000 Credits to use and you are charged 10 credits a Second for processing time in total. So each time you do a video that can take 5 minutes to process, that’s 600 credits a minute!!! That’s 3000 credits for 5 minutes of processing. If you do just 2 videos like I did, then you have spent all the credits you get for $35 in a year, so you are DONE! That is a scam! Not even close to the way this is listed. Then you have to pay another $70 to have unlimited access, but I would NEVER! Give that money over to them again. I HAVE FILED FOR A REFUND FROM APPLE WITH THE ABOVE COMPLAINT TO GET MY 34$ BACK. Very surprised that apple allowed this to be posted without throwing checking how this was to work. Just to reiterate after your 6000 credits are gone in a few renders, you are completely DONE! There is no more available processing without spending another $70.

They ALMOOST GOT ME! Thanks to the people who have wrote reviews they did not. This is ridiculous that they can scam people into their product and out of their money by Misleading them with ads across all their platforms that don’t actually represent what’s taking place. I would see if there were clear details about this product, functionality and how credits actually work but they are very ominous in the way they share details. Please ban this app because it also sounds like their product doesn’t actually do what it says and I’m writing this review because they have very scammy marketing tactics and apple should be protecting us from stuff like this and charging back the developer the way Stripe takes my money no matter what a customer says I did. They always favor the customer. We need the same here. Shut this down and review
