GREAT Shorts! Best around, but the subscription service is confusing, expensive and not worth it.

This platform has some of the best shorts around and there are a lot of platforms that offer shorts. However, the subscription service is extremely confusing and extremely expensive. With all other platforms, when you buy a subscription, you get full access to all of the shorts. However, with this one, when you buy a subscription it only gets you access to the shorts, but you still have to buy coins within the platform to watch full episodes and full shorts. The subscription only allows a few episodes initially and a few more are unlocked every 24 hours, but again you’re having to pay for the subscription AND then within the app, additional money to buy coins and actually finish the movies. If they changed this and just simply allowed full access to all episodes with the subscription, this would by far be the most popular platform, as I mentioned, it has the BEST actors and movies across the board.

It’s a shame really because I enjoy the content but as for this app in itself & the expensive prices nahh I’m good! All the other apps I’ve used have NEVER done this. I can watch plenty episodes on other apps for way less and even the free ads you get way more in other apps I would suggest switching to any other app you’ll find it much better :) and you’ll enjoy it a lot more because you don’t have to worry about waiting 24hrs just for like two episodes smh that’s ridiculous let alone the prices if you pay to get more… naaah ! But I will say the content is pretty good yall just very greedy through this app and wanna rip ppl off and waste good content & possibly lots of users who would still be here had yall NOT been this way with the app. But good luck , 💁🏻‍♀️ More power to ya ! Just wanted to save others the time & troubles of getting into it and then turning around getting disappointed quickly because of money hungry ppl like this app. I promise you can find better I’ve got tons of other apps on my phone I use daily to read or watch episodes and I can get most of them refreshed before 24hrs more like in 7-12hrs depending on which I’m using. Hopefully this helped someone else from wasting time and money. 🫠

There’s no discover page or search bar the main page is just the videos they want you to see grouped by “most popular” or “trending.” If I see an ad and download the app to find that show, I should be able to search easily by title and pin the show like reading apps. Instead you have to scroll looking for the content you actually want. The app also doesn’t open to your library page which would be nice. And it would be easier if there was a table of contents type page for each show so you could scroll episodes like chapter rather than having it be a small pop up in the corner. It would also be nice if offered more ways to earn rewards / more coins per reward since there aren’t enough rewards offered per day to unlock a single episode

It doesn’t let you watch episodes with free coins

It’s confusing. It’s not clear how many coins you need to u clock episodes and when you win free ones it doesn’t let you use it. Actually so it turns out it’s 100 coins per episode! Each free video for coins is 20 and 500 coins is $5 so 5 episodes for $5. One series could have like 60 episodes. That’s super expensive! I see other reviews saying the same thing and the creators just respond their apologies it is what it is. I mean at that point why even respond? I think instead pay attention to the reviews creators, people are telling you very good improvement points which WILL increase your revenue if you apply it logically. Make a membership something doable for unlimited episodes and you have a steady source of income. Or better yet give each story a price (reasonable not the math you currently have) and the consumers can decide to buy that specific series. Is not as steady of income as the former suggestion but much more doable for your users and profitable for you. Please don’t respond if it’s the same apologies, it is what it is copy paste response.
