This app had a lot of potential when I downloaded it 5 months ago. Someone from their development team reached out to me, had a solid conversation about the potential behind it then and shared a few bugs I had noticed. I was asked to share some of those things in a meeting with a team, but we never made action on it. Not a big deal, but now 5 months later, I see some of those changes and a massively improved user interface, and I think this may start acting as a very useful field resource and prospecting/lead funneling tool. The client forms and process of filling out, receiving, editing to create an estimate is effortless and will allow you to get, at the very least, rough estimate numbers back to potential clients very quickly if they supply good info and photos. Keep improving this and adding tools from other industry apps that make this an all in one platform. I’m assuming with time, it will continue to improve regional pricing accuracy and line item options. Exciting app!

I’ve been relying on a lot of unknowns when quoting, especially as someone coming into the business, and that made the process heavy and uncertain. This removed the guesswork and brought real clarity and ease. It took the mental load out of quoting and made the process simple, honest, and repeatable. I had a complete quote generated in under 30 minutes.That said, this quote will be tested against something that matters even more to me, it will be given to my spiritual sister, a daughter of my Father in Heaven, who deserves not only the best kitchen, but the best price I can possibly give her. If this system holds up there, then I know it’s built on truth, fairness, and integrity.

I have never gone out of my way to give a review for an app or a program until now. I’m a contractor for over 12 years and I’ve always hassled with pricing and keeping up with the market ever since downloading this app not only has it helped me Clothes eight out of 10 deals but the pricing is always spot on. I don’t know what I would do without it. The only thing I wish that they did do is I wish they kept the address part where you can submit the project address and it’ll tell you if it’s a business or a home and it will price accordingly. Other than that, it’s literally phenomenal.

With just a couple tweaks to margin and pricing to fit your market, this really accounts for everything else.Downloaded it and took a picture of my kitchen… from my couch without getting up. Wrote a one line prompt like “replace cabinets and countertops” and it came up with an entire itemized estimate and accounted for everything from the backsplash to the cabinet pulls to if I wanted to reuse the appliances and then spat out something with pricing that only needed tweaks on 3 line items.I then showed it a picture of the outside of the house for painting, off of two photos taken in different seasons, it knew the square footage of the home and lot and when it was built and who the owner was and then it asked if I wanted flat or satin, etc… and then came up with an estimate pretty much spot on after I had made my margin tweaks on the previous example estimate.I’ve been contracting for 12 years.I didn’t think we had gotten this far with AI and cost estimation already.
