One of the few games that I’ve found that actually does pay out. No minimum to cash out and very small processing fees. I play this one a lot and the extra bonuses they give you are also pretty good. When you make a purchase, for the next few days afterwards, you still receive bonuses on that same purchase which is so cool.****I must add that although the games are great the Customer Support is NOT. It takes very long for someone to jump onto the chat and long periods during the chat communication where they don’t come back to you in a timely manner and they don’t resolve the issue. Example…I’ll make a deposit and play for about an hour. When I go to make another deposit I get this weird error that says “Limited, try again later”? I’ll come back the next day and I’ll get that same error on my very first deposit. No screen to make a deposit at all or to select a payment method. I logged out and came back in as a guest and the first deposit went through fine. When I tried to make another one as a guest, it says my account is blocked and to contact Customer Support??? I’ve sent them screenshots and as of today my account is still in review and the guest side is still blocked and it looks like I can only make a deposit about once a week??? I’ve actually found these same games that I like somewhere else so unfortunately I have no reason to return.****

The reviews are as real as a unicorn. I used AI to decipher their terms and services in layman’s terms and to briefly give me the dirty details. Long story short, This is a B:S SKAAaM app, you don’t get to win real money because they have it setup to che@t you! if you buy their coins or put money onto your account, they can delete your account and snatch your money up if they want to, that’s what you’re agreeing to, 😂and they can force you to play through the sweepstakes coins that you can’t buy, let me explain that to you better! So in order for them to be compliant with their claims of winning money, they have two different coins. There’s the make-believe coins that aren’t worth anything that they make you buy in order to accrue the sweepstakes coins that are actually “worth”something, you have to use your money to buy their fake money worth<less coins, you use the Mickey Mouse coins to play casino games and thats how you start to accrue the sweepstakes coins that you can “cash out” BUT only it says that they have the right to force you to play those valuable coins 20x yes TWENTY TIMES before you can cash them out… so of course the algorithm is set up to make you un-win the sweepstakes coins!!!

So I live in Ga. I go on vacation I played this game on the road. I did not play while in the state of NY while I was visiting but I did open the app to collect my daily rewards. So I get into south Carolina headed back home and Whoo hoo! I won some money! But!!! Because I passed through NY days before all the sudden I cannot cash out my money! This is now 14 days ago and counting! I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, I have cleared my history, cookies, cache… I have been told since Dec 13 and every day after that my claim has been escalated to the “appropriate dept.” yet there is still no resolve! Understand before I knew they would not give me my money, they had zero problem taking my money! Therefore there should be zero problem cashing it out! I have requested to speak with a person but have been told I cannot do that either… again such BS! I used to love this app it was fun but now I question the whole thing! Who says u can’t speak to management and why can’t they come up with a simple solution to get people their money In this type of situation that clearly could be handled easily in multiple ways. Also on a side note I even provided customer service with a picture of my Drivers License front & back along with a current utility bill as proof of residency… what more could they need to either cut me a check and mail it or direct deposit it to my PayPal , Venmo or bank that they already have on file.

Used to be my favorite game but can’t get over their inconsistency when it comes to redemptions and customer service. I have cashed out multiple times: $5, $20, $40, $10.. all less than $100. Received those redemptions via my PayPal account within hours.. sometimes less than an hour. My most recent redemption, which was larger(but less than $1k) .. I am still waiting on.. going on 24 hours now. I reach out to customer service … they give some generic answer about manually verifying each payout for players security blah blah blah and it can take up to 3 days to receive my payout. Reach out to customer service via email multiple times, no response. I have used this SAME payout method MULTIPLE times and receive my $$ within hours .. but a somewhat larger payout I have to wait days. This payout method is verified, my identity is verified.. why the wait?? Other than they just want to hold on to my money. It’s not like I’m making any money for real.. I am honestly just breaking even MAYBE. Hopefully in a few days I get my money but at this point not counting on it.. what a shame.
