Used to be my favorite game but can’t get over their inconsistency when it comes to redemptions and customer service. I have cashed out multiple times: $5, $20, $40, $10.. all less than $100. Received those redemptions via my PayPal account within hours.. sometimes less than an hour. My most recent redemption, which was larger(but less than $1k) .. I am still waiting on.. going on 24 hours now. I reach out to customer service … they give some generic answer about manually verifying each payout for players security blah blah blah and it can take up to 3 days to receive my payout. Reach out to customer service via email multiple times, no response. I have used this SAME payout method MULTIPLE times and receive my $$ within hours .. but a somewhat larger payout I have to wait days. This payout method is verified, my identity is verified.. why the wait?? Other than they just want to hold on to my money. It’s not like I’m making any money for real.. I am honestly just breaking even MAYBE. Hopefully in a few days I get my money but at this point not counting on it.. what a shame.

If you LOVE wasting your hard earned $, if you LOVE getting scammed, if you LOVE getting ignored by customer support & LOVE getting lied to, this app is 100% for you! A majority of players that posted their godawful experiences on Reddit have said the same thing as me…how awful and sketchy the app is, how you never end up reviving your winnings, ect. I attempted to withdraw my $50 (actually $47 because of course they just had take a cut of MY $) via PayPal. Mind you on their website they state that PayPal withdrawal are INSTANTLY!! The review below me is also having issues receiving their money after doing a PayPal withdrawal. They said how it’s been 48 hours and no $. I’ve been waiting a week and still no deposits into my account from lavish luck or Purdue owl…. What’s up with that? Why lie to your players? The people who are supporting you and your family since WE ARE PAYING YOUR PAYCHECK! In their terms and conditions they state that players can’t post on social media about them 😅 why is that? Because they don’t want people sharing their horrific experiences and stories with others. The whole app is sketchy the terms and conditions are sketchy the fact that my $ still hasn’t came is sketchy. I truly wish I did more research on them before wasting myHard earned money you all should be ashamed of yourselves. Honest review from a real person playing this game!!, So I’ve been playing this game for a little now and have poured moneyyyyy!! Into this game when you first download the app it pays well your like oh ok nice, but slowly after you keep playing and start cashing out I noticed the game starts paying out A LOT LESS! I was also able to confirm this because my brother downloaded the app and strayed playing and it will give bonus after bonus but after a while its dies down, And Like a lot no matter how much money you spend or how many different table games or slots you play the game doesn’t pay, I noticed also the slots glitch when it’s going to throw a good spin so you don’t win anything it’s a bit suspicious I also confirmed online and with Chat GPT that the creator can change the payout rates and pay tables when ever they want and they don’t tell you and this game is NOT regulated or gone through 3rd party testing. I think this game has a chance of paying out but TBH the amount of money spent on this app you can go to a casino that is fully regulated and fair and have better odds of winning, they hook you at first and then take your money , Ive noticed people saying they won big but that’s 0.5% of the total players playing this game. Don’t get fooled it drains your money real quick!!

To be completely honest I didn’t think online casinos like this were real and I wrote them off as a scam but… I used the welcome bonus and nothing… then one random day I tried playing again and with the free daily coins I went from 10 cents to a few dollars, switched games, went from a few dollars to around 150, then went from 150 playing a dollar and about 15 spins in I hit 2000. Definitely a scam…. Tried to cash out and a few days later 2000 hit my account. So it’s real and pays out, however I don’t know if it’s the algorithm they use or what but since I hit big I’ve never been able to get over 100 dollars to redeem. Probably spent 1000 trying again here and there. Not gonna lie I’m deleting the app because it just feels like it won’t let me win until I give back 2000 into it but give it a try I’m still 5 starting it because it did pay me the 2k and it helped me with bills at the time.
