Payment:
Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal:
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation:
You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time. To avoid renewal charges, please turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

Being use it for a while, so here’s an update. Live transcription works well, and it’s pretty good with different languages too. I like the summaries best. Other apps usually give me a bunch of bullet points or a table, but this one puts together text and visuals. Even the illustration style changes depending on the topic, which is a nice touch. It’s easier to follow, and I can just export the whole thing to share with someone or save for later.

After doing a one month subscription I decided to cancel it because of the price. After cancellation, receiving a confirmation email and taking screenshots of me canceling the subscription, they continued to try to charge my card multiple times for the next upcoming month. It shouldn’t have tried to charge my card because I had cancelled. After trying to cancel again I got another confirmation email, then followed up with an email saying I activated the subscription again. I did not activate the subscription. I talked to customer support, they were extremely rude and did not cancel my subscription. Although they said they did, and i received that same confirmation email. My account was still active and on the subscription. I looked it up and saw hundreds of others dealing with this same exact issue. We all want our money back. Horrible app. Horrible customer service. Horrible company.

I have never felt compelled to write a review before, but I cannot put into words how frustrated this software has made me. I started on their website and it was absolutely hopeless. I made the account. Put in my card details. Then, when I actually tried to use it, it continued to ask me to make an account. When I entered my email it said I already had an account, then when I confirmed and clicked through so I could actually use the account, it took me back to the signup option. I got stuck in this endless loop, and there is no option on the website to actually login. Tried the app and was equally frustrated. It seems like this app/company just exists to get you to sign up, but once you actually pay for the pro services THERE IS NO WAY TO ACTUALLY USE YOUR ACCOUNT (at least not easily

I’m disappointed in this product because it’s not accurate. It included things I didn’t say and even freaked me out with saying fear come into my soul. I was at first excited because I have several recordings that I want to use for court. I know they have to be transcribed as well, so I thought I would use this tool. They offered me a free trial, so I was like okay cool. Maybe this will be a tool I use later and possibly pay for. I’m all about building up my arsenal. Well then this happens with inaccurate and horrible transcription that freaked me out. It makes me sad that I don’t know if I should use this and really needed something to help me out. So needless to say, after the trial I will not be a paid subscriber. 😔
