Yesterday when I opened Stocard app and saw I had to transfer I did in a panic as I was in a queue. The move over was very easy but I’ve seen twice a mention of payments. Pls tell me we don’t pay to use this app? When you mention payments are you merely referring to us using our cards in the app to make our own payments. Stocard was free. Please could you confirm. Last thing in the App Store it shows that we can manage our payments example see how much we’re spending - is this going to be available in South Africa on the app and is that a cost or free. No OTP, no way to migrate and no way to contact customer support without an OTP. If you really want to help customers, stop giving generic answers to reviews, we are all asking for help. Open customer support to people without a mobile OTP or provide an option to only use email OTP (which does work) - your text message service to South Africa is obviously broken. Listen to the complaints and reviews and give us a viable solution to finalize the migration from Stocard. Email, WhatsApp, online chat, whatever! Text OTPs do not work, deleting, upgrading, reinstalling… does not work. Wake up!

Terrible experience for Stocard users

These guys deliberately went out their way to “turn off” the perfectly working Stocard app without first make sure the Klarna app had feature parity with it, for example it’s not possible to add cards to Apple Wallet.Furthermore, I discover while wanting to use a loyalty card at a store that they they’re holding my card details ransom until I create a Klarna account which requires both my cellphone number (super obnoxiously) and an email address.This the first I’ve really done anything with Klarna and I already dislike them.

Unable to log in no way to bypass previous account details

Used Klarna when I lived abroad 4/5 years ago in Germany. So I had an existing account back then. Now I have returned to my home country where I can no longer use my Stocard as it’s been replaced with Klarna and I am unable to create a new account with my current mobile number due to my old account having my old German number from 4/5 years ago which I don’t have anymore. No way around it. Downloading a different app to store my loyalty cards digitally.
