Waste of time - Make sure the app actually works before forcing viewers to download. I have the newest update of IOS but still When trying to watch my favourite series the app requests an update which doesn’t even work, it just freezes on the opening logo and the old app won’t play anything either. No matter how many times I restart the app. I will go back to Netflix or Apple TV which doesn’t have any issues so I can actually watch things. You will definitely lose a bunch of clients especially since the updated app hasn’t been working for the whole month of September it even before that and a ton of negative reviews. Cancelling my subscription before they steal my money for nothing.
Profiles and watch history don't carry over

Moving to the new Disney+ app has been really disappointing. My profiles didn't come across from the old app, and watch history, recommendations and watchlists don't transfer either. With the old app shutting down on 12 October, paying subscribers are left rebuilding everything by hand and working out where they stopped in every show.Losing your data because of a platform change seriously damages trust in both the app and the subscription. Please add a way to carry over profiles, watchlists and viewing progress before the old app is retired.

There’s a constant update with Disney and every time we get kicked out and have to re upload the details to gets access and then our profile is no longer there, and then we have to make a profile again and all our playlist and watch list and and everything has disappeared. It’s absolutely frustrating!!! Why can’t we just update and everything be there like other streaming platforms? This is very annoying indeed!
