Password Keeper is a fantastic application with easy functionality and most importantly the customer support is of a different level to other applications. I dealt with a customer support person named Allyssa . I had a complicated issue which involved multiple devices ,email addresses and passwords which had to be sorted out using different divisions at Keeper security. The service and determination to sort out the issue was exceptional

Thank you … I had lost my master password and my face recognition on my phone wasn’t working. Ting Ting assisted me patiently and was super friendly and helpful. All restored. I’m a happy happy user of the Keeper app.
Beware subscriptions

Yesterday I tried to save a file to the Keeper Unlimited app on my phone. As I was trying to save the file that super annoying subscription pop-up window prompt to take a paid subscription appeared. In my haste to close the popup window I subscribed because I have one-touch purchasing enabled in iTunes. I have tried both contacting Keeper app support as well as to report the problem to Apple and Edit my subscription but so far nothing has yielded results or given me the option to cancel the sub and get a refund. Beware their sneaky popups and subscriptions or you too may spend a lot of money with them without having intended so at all.

As far as I was ever aware I had the Free password keeper version of this App and had never subscribed despite all the annoying pop-ups urging me to take expensive annual subscriptions. Then today I was told it would auto-renew in two weeks! And if I did it NOW! I’d get 50% off! This is a useful App in the free version but watch out for these subscription scams!You’ve been warned. Let’s see if this stays here...
