I like this app in spite of some issues

Others have mentioned some issues, which i hope will be addressed over time, but its benefits for me, in the paid version, outweigh problems. For those who manage multiple domains or believe privacy to be an important right, including its well integrated private calendar, try the free version and see for yourself. The more who adopt it the better it is likely to become and automatic encrypted email would become then be normalized. Would'nt that be great!

Not the best app out there

I have been using the app for some time now and seems after every update the functionality get worse. You can’t search email properly, spam emails still comes to your inbox after how many times reporting spam. Will rather use another account then this.

I've been using Tutanota as my primary mailbox for few years now and I must say this app has not improved enough. Search is as painful as ever, and it just feels slow. Maybe usability isn't as important to the developers. Might be time to cancel that subscription and try something new again.

Please create the search index while on a stable WIFI, here are tips: https://tutanota.com/faq#searching Once the index is created and stored on your phone (you can index the last month in the free version, or the last years when paying 1 Euro per month), search results will show up instantly the next time you use the app!
Calendar improvements:
- Always allow events to repeat on the fourth occurrence of a weekday.
- Improvements to reliability of event reminders across all devices.
Mail bugfixes:
- Fixed recent emails not showing up in inbox
- Fixed font size picker
- More minor bugfixes
