Great application, simple and easy to use
Love this app, its really easy and hassle free for booking flights. Also i feel the convenience fee charged is comparatively lesser than cleartrip.
Have not yet tried hotel booking though.

Worst customer service
In January, we booked a room at Conrad Mecca for three nights and paid more to get breakfast included. This was for two adults and two kids, aged 10 and 7, and we made sure to mention their ages when we booked. Upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel reception that their policy does not cater for children above 5 without an additional charge. This policy wasn't mentioned anywhere when we booked through Al Mosafer. We tried to talk to the hotel about it when we checked in, but they still refused to accommodate breakfast for our kids. We only availed of the breakfast ‘once’ during our stay, and that one time was without our children. I complained to Al Mosafer in January, and since then, they called me four times just to say the hotel confirmed that we did have breakfast all three days! Denying any refund for the breakfast charge! That was a complete waste of time, effort, and money! Worst customer service ever. It was my first time booking with Almosafer, and it'll definitely be the last.

WORST APP EVER
DO NOT USE THIS APP. From personal experience the service is SO BAD.
The booking through the app is so easy at first but if you need anything from the team you will not be served as required.
I needed to change the date of my flight and I kept waiting for 20 days they were saying the airlines were not responding to their emails, and I was calling them every single day and everyday they would say we are going to contact you within 24 hours but no would. After 20 days I called the airline and the airline solved it for me within 20 minutes and they informed me if the airlines changed it from their side that almosafer app would loose control over the ticket and they helped me. The airlines also informed me that the app team could’ve changed the dates from their side without even communicating with the airlines team, it is easily done through their website and FOR FREE. Almosafer team were saying there could be charges for changing the dates.
